have they ever had Judy Greer on the podcast? because I've thought for some years now that Sona and Greer have somewhat of a similar sounding voice. Not the pitch, Sona's is considerably deeper, but more like the tone and enunciation of many things
but yes, I am all around a fan of the mighty Sona

We had the same thing at my high school. It was just called "The Trails" you could go the long way for another 5 min of walking up a hill or just go through the trails and hope for the best.

I forgot how public school so closely resembles a watered down version of prison life. Thinking about it now, it's pretty weird tbh. What are they actually preparing us for? 🤔
Wage slavery and narcissistic employers. 'Home work' exists to keep you 'on the clock', to get you used to doing extra work for no pay. 'Zero tolerance' policies exist explicitly to the benefit of bullies, to infantilize victims and remind them that fighting back will only penalize them. America specifically is also the worlds leading police state, the prison industrial complex is a big business and many of the same businesses that work with schools also work with prisons (food is a big one for example).
That was a totally masterful and believable story , I deeply enjoyed it 😂

Yeah, must be tough to get bullied as a girl - I can hardly imagine. I have some pretty bad bully stories, but it was too stupid for me, I just ignored them. Problem was by 13 I was already a toothpick, thanks to my parents starving me, so I never got to make friends as a teenager, never made friends after that as an adult. I guess they won. They all beat me to a pulp.
It's def hard to make friends as an adults. It's unlucky that people can be born into awful graduating classes. Have you been able to move out of your parents house/home town?

Can you believe she's 49 years old? She looks younger than Sona here (no shade on Sona but seriously). She's always looked way younger than she played in movies. When she did Zack and Miri Make a Porno she was 34 and Seth Rogen was 26 and they totally looked the same age.

umm, what? yeah, that's actually fairly common. The amount of time it can take to play out can vary wildly (often even years) but a great many bullies do what they do out of fear and insecurity. Lots were even bullied themselves when they were younger.
