Been trying this bag on everytime I’ve gone into the boutique for the last two years and none of them were quite right until this one! Not going to lie it was such a toss up between this color, the pearl grey, and the dark butter. Ugh. But I’m so so happy with it. It’s so funny how you can not like a bag and then fully fall in love.

I have to agree with your SA, the tonal glazing is so pretty and soft. I wish other houses would do the same. I'm tired of every bag, regardless of color, having black glazing. Contrast stitching and tonal glazing, pleaseandthankyou. Also, like you, I'm loving chocolate brown! I keep hoping Celine does a dark brown in the small 16 or the small phantom cabas.
That would be stunning if Celine did a dark chocolate brown in any of their bags the romy or the triomphe lines 🤲🏼🤎 but yes the tonal glazing does make it so much softer and seamless ~

I have the compact hammock in grey and I can’t be happier with that purchase. As a guy I always prefer silver hardware and I like the compact version more than the small hammock cause that one is like too tall and I find that a weird shape. Another bag I’ve bought recently is the medium puzzle fold tote in warm desert color and it’s gorgeous and so convenient for travelling!!!

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

I love the toffee color! Fantastic shade! I actually don‘t like the caramel color, as I also find it too orangy. I was debating it because the puzzle in grained leather comes not in tan, but caramel and I wanted the grained leather which is gorgeous. So I finally ended up with sand (such a great color, too!). I actually agree with your SA, that the tonal glazing looks much more sleek! Congrats to your compact hammock! I got the small one, with is better sized for my needs, despite me only being 5“2‘. I adore this bag is stunning! I am looking at the puzzle in toffee or sand. I wear neutrals but kind of want a bag that will go with warm or cool neutrals. I have the puzzle hobo in the white but want something darker. Do you find the toffee goes with warm and cool tones? Xx
Hmm I definitely feel like the toffee color leans more warm than neutral.. I think your best bet would be to go for sand especially since it has that two tone!!

I was not impressed with it until I saw someone at a check out line in Japan took her wallet out of her Hammock bag, seeing the bag being worn in the wild kinda intrigued me and once I tried it on myself at the store, the rest is history!
I love it so much more than my puzzle and found it way more practical!

I got the limited edition bag charm from Howl Moving Castle collection. The one called rock paper scissors. I dunno the fact that it looks like a vine with rock paper scissor charms just looks pretty and have more personality than most

This toffee is a very special and nice brown colour. Excellent choice for you. I like grey colour in all shades and pearls. But I don’t know why Loewe’s pearl grey is not appealing to me at all.
Compact is the perfect Goldilock size. It holds a lot but still looks so nice on our petite body frame. Love love love it!
