_SAO_ infuriates me with how much potential it had and how it turns out to be complete garbage. It had the best premise of the "u die in teh gaem u die for reals" I had ever seen, giving an actual reason why these people could die, and that was what was so cool about it. I even kind of got into the love story. But as soon as the whole first part ends you see how garbage it is. The guy who was behind the whole thing is treated as an honorable hero?! Because of him, thousands of people died! Also, why is this type of VR not banned, or even popular at all after this huge incident? You'd think people would be smarter than to keep buying a potential weapon that can be hacked into and could kill them! And don't get me started on the totally-not-a harem that Kirito is making for himself. Kirito, by the way, is the most boring self-insert character ever. And then it becomes stupidly rapey in the weird fairy game arc.... I could rant for hours about this show, but I need a break...
ALO arc is kind of better overall but boy when GGO hit i read the entire GGO arc and after that it lost me
The New Gate is miles better LOL
Their explanation for dying irl was really stupid. There was no way anything capable of emitting lethal levels of microwaves would get released to the public. With similar anime like .hack//, they already had a reason for why you'd die irl - you can't function without a working brain.
Oh god I forgot about that Orphen game... Someone please re-cleanse my soul. All I remember is fighting some BS minotaur in a super long hallway and then turning the game off forever. I tried, I really tried...
+SwankyBox What about that sweet sweet early Quinton Flynn voice acting?
+SwankyBox But at least that anime got into a better game, a anime-crossover game on PSP that I just can't recall the name.
I see that Jojo manga man .
+Lifetimes09 whole reason i subscribed, the rest of the video was just a bonus
I was wondering if this title meant bad "anime games" or "bad anime" games. Turns out, both interpretations were correct!
alright so maybe i'm a bit hasty about that and just get it wrong but i can't let this slide
11:04 GOD HAND IS A MASTERPIECE
Of the few videos I have seen on this channel, that "still better than God Hand...."-thing is a running joke... He apparently has some kind of positive outlook on God Hand, so when he talks about a bad game that ?IGN? gave a "higher" score than God Hand, he compares the scores in a drowsy sad/frustrated voice. ^^
oh ok thanks for telling me ^^' welp always good to see people talking about this game, so i take back what i said and well when i see people saying this game is awfull for the designe choices in gameplay i can't help but want to stop having a conscious and go berserk but hey at least now god hand gets the praise it deserves and i can't be thankful enough to any of you how took they're time to apreciate this well fucking great masterpiece as i call it ^^'
Ier dan
Yeah, IGN gave god hand a 3/10 but give games like Duke Nukem Forever 7/10 so people make fun of them for it whenever they give a good score to shit games.
hmm it looks like I found a new awesome youtube channel to sit down and binge watch.
"IIIIII'LLLLL TAKE CAAAAAARE OF THEEEEESE GUUUUUUYS"
"Madness! Go back go back!
"I-I can't!"
"Don't be such a don't be such a baby! Eye'll take care of deese guyz! You just get-you just get over dere and PULL DAT DEECK."
"Yes"
GOD HAND?! GOD HAND?!!!?! I FUCKING LOVE GODAHANGEINDANGIT!
+Nicholas Nelson God Hand is the shit, people who bash on it usually suck at the game.
wow i can't believe Austin Eruption starred in the popular, critically acclaimed, hit game TRAG
Who the fuck was in charge of giving God Hand a 3.0? That game is fucking flawless, are you kidding me?
+arminenreviews I agree god hand is a freakin masterpiece. One of the best beat em ups ever made
+arminenreviews I wouldn't call it flawless. But a 3 is way off the fucking mark if you ask me.
This requires and deserves numerous video sequels. Do a part 2! I love this stuff!
My Favorite anime game was Cory in the House for the DS
I played Concentration camp anime game on the DS, it has powerful story and great gameplay.
SAO; Holly realisation has been announced. God help us all.
+Hamish MacDonald It's more an RPG and it's based on the Aincrad Arc, based on the more well-liked Hollow Fragment (even though it was, objectively speaking, a worse game).
I kinda liked Lost Song, but only because of Hollow Fragment. I hated that game and good lord it took forever just to beat the main story. (Seriously, 84 hours and I finally cleared the main campaign) so I enjoyed lost song because of that. If I never played Hollow Fragment, I'd probably think differently.
"Tank controls were never good"
I see that after Matt you're trying to v-trigger Pat as well... pls never change~
Thank god you put Sword Art Online: Lost Song on this list.
T.r.a.g. Is a game I really love, it's soooo nostalgic for me , and I'm glad someone is talking about it, people need to try it at least once
hell yeah for the cyber sleuth shoutout tho!! I've been playing that game nonstop for a few weeks now... it's SO good and i haven't seen ANYONE talking about it
Your opening statements made me realize how deeply I want a DBZ visual novel. With an original story, of course.
I need this. I feel very powerfully about this.
I can definitely say that I owe Orphen: Scion of Sorcery for the ps2 for actually leading me to the anime show that is one of my most favorites! Despite it's flaws I do love that game.... except for some parts.
I'm going to have to somewhat disagree with the "It wouldn't be too difficult to make a decent game out of the franchise" quote. This is because, even if you were to perfectly recreate the games shown within that shit stain of a franchise, you'd still be left with the most broken, badly designed and ass backwards MMO's ever.
I feel like whenever people say "I want an SAO game" they really mean something more along the lines of "I want a colorful meta version of Dark Souls that has flashy combos". Which isn't impossible to do, but there's HONESTLY no real reason for it to be an SAO game since to make it good you would have to take out the unlikable characters, change the core mechanics, add a shitload of bosses, etc.
i don't get the hate for The Bouncer.
Where's Cory in the house DS
+Super Fluffy Kirby This video is about bad anime games, Cory in the House is a master piece, best game ever made.
+Super Fluffy Kirby Yes, how dare you talk about that fabulous piece of art like that?
If we were to talk about the best animu game, it eould be the Hyperdimension Neptunia Franchise. Ahem, cuz of uh... "Plot"... Ahem
I was about to ask him what he thought of the franchise. Granted the Idol game was the worst of the franchise. At least most of the spin off games were good.
I kind of expected Scion of Sorcery to be here and I was not disappointed. While I did have a fun time with it, you were spot on with its faults. Also, really nice to hear that show getting some love, it was so good.
I nominate Inuyasha: Secret of the Cursed Mask for it's god awful battles.
***** I'd like to thank the academy, and all the little people finally realizing how shitty their lives are. This wouldn't have been possible without you. I love you all!
Thank you, I'm glad I made you realize that you're life is fucking horrible. You see, normal human beings don't watch cartoons for pedophiles. I'm glad you don't hate anyone (for some reason)
Did you even reply to the right comment? Where are you getting your information from? lol
***** I thought you were talking about yourself in your first reply, but I guess you're too stupid to realize that sitting at a computer watching cartoons all day isn't a good life. And before you say anything about me doing the same thing, I have a wife ( A HUMAN wife, not one of those cartoon 13 year old prints on a pillow), a 2 year old daughter, and a job that pays six figures. Who the fuck are you ton say that I'm not responding to the right comment?
I'm no anime fan. I'm here because I enjoy his videos and like to watch him tear into bad games. But reading through the comments I see one thing and one thing only: wildly unnecessary rage and condemnation of some guy's personal opinion that he's expressing on HIS channel. Y'all are more rabid than Sonic fans, as far as inability to handle criticism goes. Hence why I am not big into anime at all, really.
Also, for whatever reason, the "cute" noises seemingly every female character makes just creep me out. Badly. Idonliekit
Hope your channel blows up soon dude, your videos are on point.
this is the first video i see from your channel and i already liking you! :D
I am a fan of Orphen (the anime and manga). So, bitchin. Also, yeah, Evil Zone had a great concept, just a terrible fighting game. Honestly wish they'd reboot it and make it into a proper fighting game. Also, yeah, there's a lot of bad anime games. Probably need like a top 10 bad anime games list. Would probably see Vampire Hunter D and Battle Angel on there.
I actually beat the DBZ game...I don't lie to talk about it...
when you try to make a game adaptation of a shit anime, the most likely result is that it'll be shit
" _Don't be such a / don't be such a / baaaaaby!_ " has a nice musical ring to it, like it's a line from a song.
I thought SAO was okay and had some cool ideas, but then it just evolved into harem anime garbage. The games are more of a fun distraction, but I wouldn't call them good or bad just kind of in the middle.
SAO Alfhiem was my favorite season, if only for the magic based world, but it's too bad that the game was not very good...
I recently found your channel. I love your personality. Subscribed!
I just want to go on record and say i love you for using PSO soundfonts during the review. :D
When I first saw sword art online, I thought it was a really beautiful and fun anime. And I was clueless of the harem stuff going on.
That was until I went on the internet and found out everybody hated it and why they hated it.
I am honestly not sure what to think of it anymore, on one end I enjoyed it a lot, but on another end was I supposed to enjoy it? Am I sick for enjoying it?
+HolsovanUltimate if you get away from that mob mentality of hating everything that is popular for even an hour, it honestly isn't the worst thing you could be watching. I personally thought that the first few episodes were fucking mind blowing for a 2012 anime; a cut above the rest of everything that was being aired at the time, and it's what i recommend to everybody to watch. Rewatching it now, I still love that first half of the first season.
I still don't really get why everybody hates SAO though i'd like to imagine it's because something that started off as a potentially amazing and creative story went downhill nearly immediately.
The third arc is what really pisses me off (other than the fact that i've subjected myself to it). You've created a plot device that literally lets you do pretty much whatever you want to the story as long as it's related to a game, and the author decides to go back to "if you die in the game you die for real." Hell, you could have at least had it become a manhunt or something, the culprit jumping from game to game. Maybe it could have been a scheme to ruin games and their playerbase so theirs is the most popular. But that's dumb. Let's just make it a severe case of the PvPs found within the patient's dick. The doctors can't seem to get rid of it so he's technically got erectile dysfunction. Only the feeling of ruining somebody's day in a video game can get them aroused.
I'm not sure if you're really supposed to find a cash cow enjoyable if you aren't the one making money off of it but if you did, more power to you or something. just don't tell people if you don't wanna be crucified.
The anime isn't bad it just that the harem, rape like sence of asuna, to many hentai reference (maybe I'm wrong),and dissapointed writing makes it wrost and plus I wish the creators made Sao not a ecchi like anime and just made a series anime show
I love anime, then it started to suck. Now I'm playing more games than watching anime.
"Bad Anime Games"
I didn't know such a thing could exist until this video :(
I legit love Evil Zone. It's really fun with an interesting control system. Total hidden gem with a bad rap for like no reason.
okay lost song is actually not that bad for anyone wondering. first of, only because the game is based on an arc you didn't like doesn't make it automatically bad. secondly, if you didn't play as kirito and crew but only as OC's why even play an anime based game in the first place? you might as well just play any fucking action RPG with a nordic mythology story then like the valkyrie profile games or the odins sphere games.
Yes, the story is the games main weakpoint and there are a handful of purely fanservice/harem cutscenes, BUT almost all these cutscenes are optional.
the gameplay itself is actually pretty decent. the combat can become a bit repetitive at times, especially since for story quests you can only play as kirito, contrary to the rest of the game where you can play a wide variety of characters from the show and the games original story and even on hard the main story is pretty easy once you got the combat down, but the optional dungeon and optional bosses towards and after the end of the game are among the best action RPG challenges I've played so far. and the fighting itself is incredibly fun and satisfying, especially when you perform each characters signature moves from the anime. also, flying around on the different maps makes you feel like a badass and exploring rewards you just enough with hidden little things to find all over the map.
lastly, if you love complex weapon upgrading and weapon drop systems the way destinys loot system should have worked this game does a stellar job at it. Farming for that one specific endgame weapon with just the right dps, status ailment and self buff can be super hype, though I can definately see how that feature isn't necessarily up everyones ally.
TheMike0088 Remember Yu-Gi-Oh? See there was a fairly popular Yu-Gi-Oh game while I was growing up. Yu-Gi-Oh Sacred Cards. It's pretty easy and has a shit ton of grinding in it. However you don't play as any of the main characters. You play as an insert character. Basically you're playing fan fiction. The main series characters are still in the game but you play as your own character. That's basically what he wants. Sure Kirito can help me out but I don't want to play as him.

Pride Guy that makes sense actually. sacred cards also is my favorite yugioh game, but I feel like its one of the rare exceptions where a game actually nails the self insert character. most games based on established franchise where you play an OC either completely disregard said OC in the story or make them the new mary sue character. I feel like thats mainly why I like playing as established characters, its much harder to screw up.
YO THAT JOJO MANGA! Great Taste 10/10
Oh yeah the video is nice too i guess.
HOLY SHIT !!!!! Thank You BasedArcadea Eruption MAN !!!! ..... When I was like 10 my buddy with a PS2 bought this game and me the rest of our didn't know WTF was going on with this. Imagine a group 10 year old black kids use to playing NoMercy64, Madden, and GTA3 looking at this game ...... I didn't even know the name of it but its been haunting me the past few years .... I would constantly wonder what in the hell was that game and why did the main character look just like Kyo from King of Fighters !?!?!?
But thanks to you I finally know. You won't believe how hard I lost my shit when I saw you talking about this game .... I had no idea it was based on a Anime, I just thought it was some weird Final Fantasy rip off.
Thank You for letting 10 year old me gain peace ... all I had to go on was Kyo and a Pirate ship level/Kraken boss fight and now I've tripped ass backwards into the answer to my mystery.
How dare you speak ill of Evil Zone. For real, though, I actually loved that game. Maybe because I'm terrible at fighting games, and it's a pretty simple game. But honestly the characters are just ridiculously cool. I do think it plays pretty well, though, it's just not a standard fighting game. I got pretty awesome at it back in the day.
There is only one bad anime game
*Spoilers*
one that makes you watch all of the deaths in Jojo's Bizarre adventure in one setting.
i'd love to watch an arcadea anime starring erupty-poo and friends
I fucking LOVED evil zone growing up. STOP RUINING MY CHILDHOOD AUSTIN.
"Take forever to beat them" I don't know about that, sounds pretty faithful to the anime like for example Goku taking so many episodes to beat freeza.
Now that you mention it what did happen to sword art online I started good but turned into .............yeah
Dude this needs to be a series there are many anime games that are a bunch of shit and you're the first person that I know of that takes their time to compile the worst of the worst
12:50 So Rachelle is a robot that *LIKES* Little girls? Are you sure about that?
I've seen Orphan, that show was fucking cool back in the day!
Oh thank god. I thought me and two of my other friends were the only ones that hated SAO. It's honestly my 2nd most hated show, right below the Rosario Vampire adaption. As for the game, there's only one thing I can say to describe it...Zzzzzzzzzz, boring as hell.
that "anime" word formed out of hiragana in the thumbnail is soo savage xD
Bro you meantion Cyber Sleuth and Orphan within 3 mins of the vid, love it. Still have my old dusty copy of Scion of sorcery on ps2.
That God Hand piece had better been a wise crack.
gdog662 No, I know the stupid typo ridden review, I'm saying his jab at it.
Oh yeah I remember Hard Edge!
I enjoyed it without even knowing it was an anime.
The Mario Party music I cannot escape from. Thanks, Austin... Jahuagqhqthshj
I've actually cut ties with people who like sword art online in the past. Every episode after the first two or three was capable of driving me to increasing levels of aneurysm inducing rage. However, like a train wreck, I kept watching, unable to turn away as I was in utter disbelief that a work of fiction could ever be so bad. The end of the laughably named "death gun" villain arc was what finally sent me into BSOD mode and I raged at my sister for like 2 hours straight; even though she was sitting there watching it with me the entire time and basically agreed with everything I said.
Sad thing is, the show could've worked. If it were an anthology series focused around different players in different MMOs who maybe occasionally meet up or hear of each other's exploits in passing, then it would have probably been more tolerable. Instead, we got a shitty harem anime that burned up all the good will left from good entries into the sub genre like .hack and log horizon.
That DBZ garbage better than God Hand?
NO.
YOU DID NOT JUST SAY THAT.
I THOUGHT YOU WERE COOL.
Yeah, as he already said, it's a jab at IGN. He even flashed IGN's God Hand and Sagas scores on the screen.
I remember reading a couple issues of the Orphan manga at my local library *cue PBS-esque tune* and really enjoying it, so you're not completely alone.
Btw, do you think you'll ever talk to anything related to the Phantasy Star/Phantasy Star Online series?
Holy shit. I honestly wasn't sure that Orphan game was real. I thought it was something my impressionable young mind just made up. I remember... playing that opening boat scene over and over... The crab monsters... the weird serpent thing. I can still hear Ophan yelling, "What the hell's going on around here?!" I never played much past it because I either didn't know what to do or couldn't figure out the save system. I honestly can't remember which.
Looking back I think it's how most people remember fever dreams.
Cory in the House > Sword Art Online
+Inkwell Presents: Inkwell! Given i've watched both........i can say without joking that it is.
+Inkwell Presents: Inkwell! Even without the whole meme of Cory in the House being the best anime... I still very much agree with that statement.
Oh. My god. Nostalgia. I remember picking up Orphen Scion of Sorcery just by chance before I'd seen the anime (I'm going to pretend the second season doesn't exist). Then I chanced upon the anime and wondered what the hell I'd been playing. (besides how janky it felt. and just about everything else in the game)
0:22 Just hit with the hardest nostalgia punch ever. Holy fuck. Good call back to the olden days.
Always so much hate for SAO. I liked the anime. I won't say it was amazing or fantastic or anything over the top like that, but it wasn't the garbage fire everyone online seems to keep calling it for some reason.
T_T You Havn't reached Nerdy enlightenment , Where you can tell the shit from the diamonds
Taste i guess but was a really bad anime thou....The way Kirito is written there geh....made me cringe...the music is good well Kajiura composed so it's a given
Sao has good music
and the concept was good at first
then they started to add a harem
And it's so concentrated that I can't watch it without pointing out the fact that generic plain anime protagonist beta 2.8 is cheating on his wife
I don't know
I guess it's lessened over time
But scars don't recover
Negative Zero I will admit, I enjoyed Season... show 1? ...the first game. A LOT more than the second. The second did become a bit too generic for me, and they turned one of the best characters into a maguffin... yeah.
Though the way they beat the big boss at the end of the first game was.... not good.
Duuuude, I totally remember seeing Orphan all over the place. Mostly rental places that looked desperate to finally reach out to somebody brave enough to rent it... but I never was.
Also, I've totally seen T.R.A.G! As shameful as that is to probably admit, it was speedran at last years SGDQ (I think). Even the runner playing it knew it was a ginormous pile of hot garbage. But what a pile of hot garbage it is.
Hey yay, I guess I'm one of the three people you're addressing while talking about Orphen! xD I must admit I never actually played that game, but I all I ever heard was... not so good. Granted though, I thiiiiiink it wasn't actually based on the anime, but the Light Novels the anime is based on too. Which is why the animated sequences look so different from the actual tv anime, since they have no connection to each other (the US cover art is one indicator, being drawn by the novel illustrator) and I suppose were not done by the same studios (though I do believe the seiyuu in the Japanese version are the same as in the anime). Just as a little addition :D
Also poor Majic was turned into Magnus, I remember that.
I'm surprised anyone mentioned orphen, "man that game was awful"... I thought to myself as I continued to play it for hours on end.
You dislike SAO, too? Marry me, Austin.
+DarknessViper99 You could marry, like, 80% of the males who watch anime if that's what you're looking in a man.
+DarknessViper99 I dislike SAO too and I'm agirl. God, scratch that. I hate it, especially the second season.
Freaking "Samurai Champloo Sidetracked" on PS2.
The ear-grating voice acting (NONE of the original cast, like...not even close to what they sound like), style (how can you screw up the visual style for this show SO BADLY?!), combat, and UNGODLY LONG cutscenes made me want to cry. I timed it. In the first 30 MINUTES, you get to fight for about 7 seconds, and other than that you get damn near a movies worth of cutscenes.
That's unfortunate to hear. I actually wanted to try that one at some point.
I am the happiest person right now, someone else has acknowledged Orphen's existence!!!
I understand a good bit of the the hate for SAO...but seriously, the first half of season one (the first 12 or so episodes), were freaking awesome!
I didn't realize others knew about the Orphan game till literally now. I thought I just had a fever dream when I was 15 but now
Loli != Lolicon...
the character he called a lolicon doesnt really look sexualized either so there's nothing really lolicon about them other than being a young looking anime girl but that's it
ZenoDLC
yeah i understand that. i was just agreeing with you. sorry if it sounded otherwise
*****
No, I thought you didn't get what I meant with the syntax above, as I don't really talk about Eruption's definition of "Loli" at all
ZenoDLC
yeah, i was just adding in because I understood what you meant, but i was also kind of saying that he used the wrong term and actually probably thought that the character was pandering lolicon when he said that, but that wouldn't be the case at all because nothing about her seems particularly suggestive.
SAO isn't terrible. It's not the greatest thing ever (I like Log Horizon more), but I don't think it deserves all the hate it recieves.
+Buster Bash Gaming SAO is everything wrong light-novel anime adaptations.
Glad to see even more people ganging up on Evil Zone. :)
Hey ! Dont talk about The Bouncer. That was a fun game lol loved it.Good video btw though.
lol so wrong about Evil Zone
Such a shame you don't like Evil Zone. That game was fun. Kind of a hidden gem for a lot people. Now Sagas, on that we're on the same page. What a turd. That game made me angry.
it was a terrible fighter, it was simple to the point of boredom and is a piece of shit painted gold....
Am I the only hardcore anime fan who actually adores SAO? Like a lot?
DFizzlio
No good I must admit that if people still like it they should put in more effort in their stuff from here on out.
For an anime that inspired me to want to explore the possibilities of virtual reality, everything that they have released other than their T-shirts has been extremely disappointing( games not included since i haven't played them yet)
I loved SAO... so long as I pretend that it ended after the first arc and Elfheim with incest-but-not-really and cyber rape never happened. (I do the same thing with Samurai Flamenco, ignoring the final arc with the little boy villain.)
Tukaro
Is that seriously the first time people have heard of cousin incest in anime?
That's nothing new
+DJ Programer
It's not mine, and I doubt it's the first time for any regular anime fans. However, it didn't improve the lackluster Elfheim arc, and they couldn't even bother to commit to the level of incest (oh snap his sister loves him oh don't worry guys it's okay she's actually just his cousin, it's cool).
That's only a small part of my problem with the Elfheim arc, which I won't bother detailing at all because no one cares.
Tukaro I don't really have that big of a problem with it, cuz nothing ever goes anywhere. They used to be close and she misses that, her feelings for him are obviously fucked, but he's whipped on Asuna and makes that very clear. Alfheim isn't my favorite arc for sure but after some examination not nearly as bad as everyone claims. My mom who used to hate anime, said that SAO blew her mind and it's got her watching all sorts of other stuff now and that really says something.
Evil Zone is why Super Robot Wars is an RPG
As mediocre as Sword Art Online is I like it. It is not great by any means but I enjoyed my time watching it. I did like the squeal series more at the really least since they kinda learned from their mistakes in the first one. Key word being kinda. They still had a few random harem episodes between two of the arcs for some reason.
Every anime game on the iPhone
I must be in the minority that enjoyed Sagas for what it was, me and my brother would play it all the time.....
And yet more SAO hate, Cool, must be the in thing I guess, Not saying it's amazing or anything, but the constant hate on it everywhere I go is getting old IMO.
Yeah I liked Sagas too. It's shit, but why rage at it when you can laugh at it?
-and this guy's a total noob. I'd learn the super combo and uppercut move, so I could chain the uppercut in the middle of the combo, then they'd attempt to counter it, like when you follow up with the Smash attack, but what I was actually doing was blasting them with a energy beam attack, even if the game is shit, that is fucking satisfying-
yeah sagas was fun AF to me also how could he dislike the bouncer but hey opinions am I right
yeah I don't remember sagas being difficult at all I wrecked most bosses and I was a child didn't use the cheap shit either
Viral Ronin001 Also, remember to block. That shit's useful, and NO ONE USES IT. Yes it uses your ki but what's more important, ki that can be recharged, or maybe your HEALTH? And again, most terrible games don't let you uppercut mid-combo to follow up with a powerful Kamehameha, Masenko or Destructo Disk...also please tell me I wasn't the only one who charged those thinking they'd be stronger at full power (like Tenkaichi 2).
I play on Hard, too. If you collect the capsules, your health will be exponentially higher, despite it getting a slight increase on the HUD. I actually hacked into the game to find out that you start with 20 HP, and gain another 20 for every 10 capsules. This means you gain your initial life every time it goes up. I always got those, but I'm considering doing a run without any of those.
Yep it was a lot simpler than people made it the only annoying part was the super saiyan meter thing everything else wasn't too bad game just wasn't good but I will play sagas over battle of z ultimate tenkaichi or the first legacy of goku any day
"The biiiiiiiiiiiiite of lightning!"
I met my friend Joe in Middle School 10+ years ago. We started talking at lunch one day and he invited me over to play a new game he had just gotten. Orphen: Scion of Sorcery.
I find it funny how he only talks about the not very good SAO game and not re: hollow fragment which is pretty great
+Josiah Vock cause this video is a year old and that game is a month old but also probably still bad
you're talking about hollow realization, re: hollow fragment came out about 5 months before lost song
Josiah Vock ah, okay. I actually downloaded re: hollow fragment on psn for like 5 dollars and hated it more LOL. but hey that's just me.
it had an alternate story of a glitch occuring when Kirito killed Heathcliff and the game not ending and them actually needing to reach and clear floor 100, characters like Sinon and Leafa mysteriously appeared within Aincrad for reasons originally unknown and actually made me quite interested. Also the combat was very mmoish with ability cooldowns, buffs, debuffs, different roles which gave you passive buffs to certain abilities, the ability to rank up certain abilities through use, at least 12 different weapon types with abilities unique to each one, 4 player online co-op with one of the best communities I've found in an online game and although you play as Kirito for story segments you can create a male or female custom character to play through the entire game. Somehow it's my most played game on PS4 with more time then dark souls 2, 3 and bloodborne combined and I platinumed all 3 of those games
That's because this video is entirely centered around BAD ANIME GAMES like the title implies.
Oh my god I can't breathe.
"JUST GET OVER THEERRRRREEEEE, AND PULL THAT......DYECK"
TheBigL1 The fact that he sounds drunk through the whole thing makes it way funnier.
LMAO IKR
