Great information! I appreciate these obtainable steps toward stopping procrastination. I especially liked at about 12 minutes in the vagus nerve calming exercise. What a sense of calmness and clarity I felt after a short 1 minute exercise.

THank you soooo much Ina! I literally wouldn't be here without you!
There are thousands of videos to teach you how to stop procrastination yet we wont stop. Something is seriously wrong here. If you procrastinate, that means you are running away from something you just dont want to do. Its not stress purely. Say if you wanted to be a soccer player and your parents forced you into college of engineering. You cant be a good engineer. you will always procrastinate. No video will help you stop procrastinating and start studying maths that you hate in the gut. The only way is to get your mind and body into doing what you actually want to do.
True! But I'm in a situation, where in order to do what I really want, I have to do some stuff I don't want. 😅 Now what?
@@nemeth.bernadett that simply means U don't "really want". Other wise U won't be making complaint. Once U set in Ur mind U "really want" something, there is no stuff left "U don't want". Real answers are in subconscious. That "really want" part comes from conscious. Ur subconscious actually is not up for it that's why U feel so. Keep talking sweetheart🙂
This was an entire paragraph of “victimization”
@@Coach_MarcyBob for me it's an honour such a beautiful lady took time out to read my woe.

I really need to figure out what my "tiny t trauma" is! This talk is so interesting and so well explained!
I'm so glad you found it interesting! I hope it was helpful for you. Thanks for watching!!
This is was a great talk and I am saving this so I can use the strategy later. I’ve recently adopted a policy of doing the thing I want to do the least, first in the day and that is working greatly so far. I am also trying to respect my mood to some degree by doing the physical tasks when I feel strong and the mental tasks when I feel most alert and creative. I’m a work in progress but your calming exercise will be used regularly for sure. Thank you
Great watch and easy steps to follow.
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching!
