I grew up listening to his talks on Srimad Bagavatham in Tamil, Malayalam, and English multiple times and then moved to other lectures by him, he was introduced to me by one of the ashramites in Amritapuri and his lectures had a deep impact on me, especially in my pre-teen to post-teen age which was an extremely crucial time for my personal and spiritual growth, and already living with a saint-like as Amma for a while it has transformed for good.

I have been listening to Nochur on and off these days. I am nobody but I feel his older lectures are so pure .
Recently there is some negativity here and there. That made me question am I on the right path ? After listening to other Vedanta teachers such as Balakrishnan Nair , my heart is at peace and I know I don’t have to “do” anything to transform to anything. Just letting myself be and doing things quietly without worrying, as life brings is all I should be doing.

I have been listening to Nochur for 14 years now. I have been fortunate to have met him several times and taken his blessings. I felt he was Sanyasi 14 years ago itself. I felt he doesn't need to go through a process or Saffron clothes to become a Sanyasi just as Ramana maharshi didn't take deeksha from anyone nor clad in Saffron. So I am a bit surprised by his move. Nevertheless, Om Namo Bhagavate Ramanaya 🙏

Nochur Venkatraman Swamy ji has been a source of inspiration to me for the last 10 years. Almost every day I listen to his UPANYASAMS, even if it is 11:30 PM after returning from work, I listen to his UPANYASAMs before going to sleep.
