  • How to make Rubik's Cube Patterns #25 - In this video I show you how to do this Corner Cross pattern on a 3x3 Rubik's Cube.
    I also show how to undo this Rubiks Cube pattern to set it back to a solved rubiks cube without having to solve the cube from scrambled every time.
    To do these Rubiks Cube patterns you need to know how to use algorithms on a Rubik's Cube. If you don't already know how to use algorithms on a Rubik's Cube then click on the link below to my 3x3 Rubik's Cube Tutorial video which is linked straight to the part where I explain how to use them:
    Using Algorithms Explanation:
    ► • How to Solve a Rubik's...
    I built up a collection of many patterns on a Rubik's Cube over the years from many different places plus some from friends and even quite a few I made up myself using a mixture of existing patterns Because of this I may not have known the correct name for a particular pattern, so if any are known by a different name then feel free to mention their correct names in the comments and I can add it to the video title.
    Also if you know of any other rubiks cube patterns that I haven't covered and you would like me to make a video of that one then feel free to leave a comment and I may make a video of that in the future. There are dozens and dozens of different Rubik's Cube pattern possibilities, these are just the ones I have collected or made or made over the years. I started the playlist with the easy Rubik's Cube patterns increasing to more difficult patterns on a 3x3 Rubik's Cube.

      Thanks buddy, I've been working on the next batch, figured out some really cool and complex patterns, I've made loads!.. my brain is completely fried now lol. They wont be up for a while tho, haven't even recorded them yet.

    Thank you so much sir . I like the way of your teaching the pattern's and every time you told that how to to undo the pattern. Hope you will upload more videos sir, you deserve million's of subscribers , I know one day you will got . From India 👍

    I notice his stickers are wonky this is my first time watching him

      Ohh it was soooo hot in the room that the glue holding the stickers on was melting. It was during a heatwave plus i had the windows closed for the noise outside and the lights on giving off so much heat too... I was dying lol

    Bro what is i its prime or ' to turn anticlockwise

    • @LeesRandomVids
      @LeesRandomVids  Před 2 lety

      i means Inverse. ' (or prime as it's called) is the modern and more popular way, but both just mean anticlockwise. i (for inverse) is older and the way Rubik's taught in their instructions where I originally learnt from many years ago.
      Here's a pic I tool of a Rubik's instruction manual showing the i. czcams.com/users/postUgxlQiRJzfCIPfoM6bx4AaABCQ

    Instead of doing the pattern twice again u can flip the cube to the other 3 colours and do the pattern once

      @LeesRandomVids  Před 2 lety

      Correct. I mention it in the text at the bottom of the screen at 1:47.

      Haha yeah I thought so too when making the video, i almost made a joke about it but resisted lol

    as a cuber myself i got confused by u using the letter I than using this " ' " u used an incorrect notation because for counter clockwise u don't use the letter i as a counter clockwise notation like for example R U R' U' but when u use ur own notation that algorithm will turn into R U Ri Ui
    in not hating just making things clear : )

    • @LeesRandomVids
      @LeesRandomVids  Před 4 lety

      No mate, it's not incorrect, it's just different. The ' or prime as cubers call it, is the more modern notation and has become the standard amongst cubers, the i is older and stands for inverse. Whether ' for prime, or i for inverse they both mean anticlockwise. As I said, the ' has become the standard yes, but I prefer the i, as inverse makes more sense to me than saying prime. When I learnt to solve a Rubik's cube (admittedly, years ago lol) it was taught as i and even said i in the instruction booklet.. I even just dug it out to take a picture of it for you. 😄

      And here: czcams.com/users/postUgwGuwwMAdP8SuqI6tN4AaABCQ
      I can just as easily use ' when writing and reading algorithms, but I know when saying the algorithm out loud for the video that I would probably accidentally keep saying i by mistake out of habit instead of prime and confuse more people with the mix as I say i in my head. (also I find saying prime prime prime a little annoying for some reason lol) Peace. 👍😄

      yea RayNn is right, it was confusing

    The color scheme is incorrect instead of yellow it should be white maybe it's just the rubix's brand but I have the GAN 11M PRO so it's different

    • @LeesRandomVids
      @LeesRandomVids  Před 2 lety +1

      The colour scheme is correct, the orange is just very bright, which seems to confuse a lot of people they seem to think it's the red. And the red is quite dark too, but every colour is on the correct face. It's a very old (and battered lol) genuine Rubik's cube, this is how they were for a while. The 3 colours shown are Blue, Orange, Yellow, not Blue, Red, Yellow. I didn't expect the orange being bright to confuse so many people.
