- this took so long to make, maybe too long. but yes i consider this as my 100 sub special.
Because nobody else has done this type of video before, I decided to make a video about this game. I wanted this to be as simple as possible but also very informative, as this can be a tough game to navigate without some prior knowledge.
NOTE: This video is PRE v1.6!!

- No footage for Peppermint Droids, and Peppermint Droids mimic your jumps if they still have their sword: When I talk about them, their footage doesn't show up. But they do show up at 4:21
- Enemies from The Darkness (excluding The Dark One), are NOT classified as Droids. Their names don't end with "Droid", and any items that only affect Droids specifically (like Shutter Shades), won't affect these Enemies.
- I forgot about Lucky Droids, um.
- Overclocker only speeds up when it goes over Lava when it's in its Phase Two (under half health), but it doesn't speed up when over FROZEN lava in its Phase One.
- Raider Protocol is on Room 92 of Droids HQ, not Room 93.
- No footage for the Block stat.
- Consumables are items that can be used once OR MORE times, Utilities are items that can be used infinitely
- Swords can only be upgraded with Forging ONCE, the only exception of this is the Brass Sword, which is exclusive to the Blacksmith Class.
- Berries can be eaten/used by themselves, and each Berry has their own unique ability and effect. (I did not directly say this, but this was implied when talking about Berry Droids)
- The water in cauldrons can be frozen, just like any Water Hazard. But when the water in the cauldron is frozen, it can't be used for brewing and Berries cannot be placed inside.
Plantom has the looks of a Xero. The Corrupted fits being Tank more.
i think the point is the overclocker is supposed to be wearing it's mask
There is also some more alternate worlds, the ones I’ve found are Petal Meadow and Fungal Forest (but there are WAYYYY more)
some more fix: overclocker only moves when he’s on lava, not a cooldown.

So if you got the alternate world, gingerbread glaciers, there will be peppermint droids and more ice instead of burner droids and lava. Nice detail jei!

The overclocker boss doesn't just randomly speed up, it speeds up whenever it walks on a strip of lava (hence it only speeding up in phase 2)

@@Using11alchemist is also decent, it can make your stats stacked while blacksmith will make you sword stacked. As for wizard or elementalist, wizard has a spell generator but less mana gain. Elemantalist has more mana gain and no spell generator so you rely on getting a library for your spells.

hey, leaderboard player here, just some notes
-Overclocker only speeds up when it goes over lava under half health. This even happens if the lava is frozen.
- Raider Protocol is room 92, not 93.
- you failed to mention Acid as a hazard, which acts identically to lava but cannot be countered.
- not all consumables can only be used once ; brawler brew and the chocolate items can be used 2 and 5 times respectively
- I do not recommend relying on the wiki for anything other than brewing potions. It is full of misinformation
Oh wow I actually never noticed that! Something like that won't be noticeable to someone who doesn't have Fire Resistance, so that's a very good find!
I actually did mention Acid, it's right here: 19:24.
I mixed up Consumables and Utilities, I thought Consumables were items that are used only once, but are actually items that can't be used infinitely.
The Wiki is by far (to my knowledge) the only place where you can find ANY information on stuff, besides actually playing and recording information yourself from the actual game. I wouldn't say the Wiki is full of misinformation (or maybe I just haven't check all that much), but I do know that errors do exist in the wiki.

ive tried decaying winter and i have no freaking clue on how to play it, i think im even on like the first wave or something and i still die because any gun i find has no ammo and there are these dumb effects and stuff. but yeah i didnt know this video would be THAT good to some people.
@@Blockbrite decaying winter's early game consists of mainly melee combat as weapons are sorta late game (or at the very least hard to get ammo for early game)

Also to get the off guard badge i recommend using gambler because it has the ability to chance a random droid a random type of like when attacking one use the ability and becomes the hunter and you kill

yes i also believe that. it's definitely possible to have darkness in world 2 and 3, you just gotta warp. but for world 1? im not sure. this is a question I always ask myself, as I've never been to World 0 Respite, and so is unsure if killing the Friendly Droid there will actually trigger The Darkness. im not even sure if theres a friendly droid even there. that should be something i should experiment but im gonna need multiple transcendants or something, never have done a long lasting Stall Run before, only have reached room 200
You can spawn shadow droids from a ??? Button it happened to me once it kinda scared me lol Also Here are some ANNOYING DROIDS weakness so that they won't be as annoying 1 you hate how ghost droids sneak up on you? Just get a blaster weapon and spam it untill they show up 2 hunter droids... Use blasters and spam it on them so they might die before getting close to you or use a droid jammer ability or item 3 accelerating droid they can't climb ladders since they dash towards you so when they look like they are about to back up climb a ladder or get on top of something they won't do damage to you after that continue attacking and repeat untill they are reduced to atoms 4 pyro droids explodes makes you set on fire very annoying so you can actually lunge at them 2 - 3 times before they explode it depends on how fast you can lunge 5 burner droids basically gunner droid but less range and more annoying you need hard hitting range if you don't have that move to the left and when the gun of burner is pointing left quickly turn right and circle around it the flame thrower won't be able to attack you and just attack with your sword just make sure your walkspeed is 16+ or it won't work

Elite modifier makes them drop more money so its not really bad
yeah thats true. when using necromancer i like to just use my Hex ability each room so i get elite to get some extra circuits. it doesnt always work out as Cheap can also appear
i saw one of the droids with a garbled name in a run before
Darkness world "things" are not droids as when you try to use shutter shades on them, they do not give the plus 5 strength buff so they do not classify as "droids" and more as just like shadows
oh wow, i knew they didn't classify as Droids so i tried to not classify as Droids and more as enemies, but i never knew that the shutter shades don't even work on them.
thats because you cannot gain stats or heal in the darkness,,,,,,,, (except for the room 10 heal)
Lucky penny also doesnt work on them (also probably the reason theyre not droids is having a rune room and using the droid modifier ability on the tactitian to get insane amounts of luck with the lucky modifier)

...Respite, the 0th World. It can be found by warping backwards from Sandy Canyon, World 1. There's nothing there except for "RHJvaWQgb2YgVG9tb3Jyb3c=", aka "The Droid of Tomorrow". It looks like a glitchy Average Droid, with its limbs deformed, and it has 2x more health than an Average Droid. This Droid can actually be found in my video, right here 11:03

yeah. you may be wondering about World 0, but as long as you don't warp backwards from World 1 or don't have Transcendant, you'll be fine and you don't have to worry about that

When I was playing a game in first world a respite enemy appeared and i was confused (from lucky button) and then it happened again
7:03 i have gotten that in a run i think its a 1/2512 chance kinda
I found a droid named the shadow once it came from a lucky button it had a forcefield and after world change (it was during the first world)
yeah so that droid you found is called The Shadow, which is a Droid from The Darkness. but yes, a lucky button can spawn a Shadow. but also, some important information here: Droids from The Darkness aren't actually recognized as Droids by the game. So both Droids and Darkness Enemies are both under the category of Enemies, but Darkness Enemies aren't classified as a Droid.

enemies get sharp when reaching half hp
hunters take more damage from bullets
fire and radioactiveness last more/less depending on how long you stand in them
corporeals can respawn many, many times. every time they die its a luck chance to respawn
corrupted has 16 speed, very important tip
fire resistance doesnt work on radioactiveness
dark one has your speed-1
elite does NOT do that please read the wiki
overclocked also acts as a sharp modifier
dark one can be oneshot with the flashlight
why did you not fill up your mana and fix your inventory before hoarder 😢
when the dark one spawns enemies, WAIT for them. aggro them so you can kill them while fighting dark one and not have them kill you when doing the next cycle
special buttons have way more effects
purple and blue crystals are different, purple crystals let droids roam around the crystal while blue crystals keep them away a set distance
luck affects lucky droid spawns, item vision, birthday candle, fireflies, skew berries, wild cards, etc
bullet damage is also a weakness
video has a lot of issues with wording things but oh well

Can U talk about brink and respite
The Brink was added in the v1.6 update, so I talked about it in that video. As for the Respite, I purposefully left it out, which I probably shouldn't have. To my knowledge, I'm pretty sure Respite has black walls and a purple floor, with Droids of Tomorrow (the glitched Average Droids) as enemies. At the end of the world, there's a special shop that only sells the Wrath Sword for 666 HP, making Respite a go-to destination in Stall Runs

Does arcane spell and shcoking work on bosses room 100?
i think so? bosses do have weaknesses, the overclocker is weak to Ice Damage and hypercooler is weak to Fire Damage. But im not sure if you can actually use those types of spells like shocking that sets DROID health to 25%, or any spell that relates to DROIDS as Bosses arent Droids and are considered under the more broad category of Enemies. I think Arcane spell can work though? im gonna have to check the wiki on that one
@Blockbrite I think arcane only works since it deals ONLY 1000 dmgand the bosses prob has 10k hp

well i was gonna put some info about the that twisted average droid looking droid, in a secret frame of the video, but it glitched so ill tell you here. The Droid of Tomorrow, which is the droid youre referring to, is basically an average droid but slower and has 50 more health.
how i ascend with a class?
to "ascend" with a class means to get the Ascended Class badge for the class. to do just that, you must complete Ascension 15 using the class.

Havent watched the video yet, but my favourite strat is kill every friendly droid you see and then use wrath on the final boss.
Like seriously, the only times i've actually fought the final boss NORMALLY were voltmage twice and also hoarder like last year, i literally have no idea how to fight them, but at least im really good at killing the dark one
