I say keep both trucks as they can have some use. Also I think in the long run you should get a semi with a wide load trailer for transporting more and some bigger equipment for bigger projects. You also should think of building a huge shop like building for not only easy storage of all your vehicles and all equipment, but able to repair any of them while still have plenty space to freely move things around. You may need to invest in security cameras to help protect all your property from crooks, vandals, and thieves. Look forward to the next update with car-wash restored for business.

Second gen has the mount for a plow. Not a great option but it could do some snow work still along with the skid steer.
Buy a landscape truck with the mower bed and hire some people to mow while you focus on your car wash investments. win win.

Keep everything and try and sell the golf kart after its fixed that way you could possible get another grand or so out of it, or you could keep the golf kart and use it to get around town.
I also think keep the ranger for a personal truck or with the flatbed it would be GREAT for picking up stuff from tractor supply like seed attachments etc. I also think keep the golf cart to run around on and do appointments to look at jobs and stuff but I would especially like to see you keep the ranger for sure
