2 why are some tans being held prisoner by the tans

Riff Is an Indian from a cowboy and Indian set. Hoover looks like a Timmee blue swat officer. Scorch is a soldier from an army men set from Ja-ru. I don't know about Shrap. Lucky and bullseye also came from a cowboy and Indian set. The Overlord is a Matchbox knockoff made by SCS Direct. He is also repainted which I think you already know. (It took so much searching to figure all this out)
