The intro was from someone with extreme mental issues (schizophrenia or something) that caused hallucinations of monsters or demons killing people he loved.... In this case his mom. Definitely just a rumor but it's the only thing I could find on it.

god tier album, but imo i feel like its too long, if it had like 4-5 songs less it would have been better.
I find it even too short.
I kinda feel that, i had my fill after no room left in hell, i had to treat the remaining songs as new discoveries and come back to them later
