If so, its a freaky cat thing, possibly the chesire cat

That...thing WAS the Chesire Cat.
On one of the VHS tapes in the third game we hear about it but it was confirmed in a blog post.
So, the Chesire Cat's origins is that it was ORIGINALLY Dr. Raymond Burr's daughter, who has become Cheshire Cat after merging with one of her father's experiment cats. At one point she sends the white rabbit a text message about how she misses him and her father, and one of the reasons she helps the rabbit is that she wants to get revenge against the Queen, both for allowing her father to conduct the experiments and killing him after the Oystercloud was completed.

same im pretty sure the problem is with these older games that they're super sensitive to keypresses so pressing the letter 'a' may show up as 'aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa'
