The Lab sounds super fun, honestly. I'm a big fan of skill trees in games and I'm eager to experiment some more with weapon kits.
If the collab is all there is to be said, then Season 9 is looking hella dry outside of the WNA Resort. Hopefully it's a big enough feature to stand on it's own if that's the case

Why doesn't Nintendo ever advertise or talk bout this game? this is the only Channel that talks about the game.
I don't think Nintendo has anything to do with production of this game, another reason is that this game seems like a competitor to Splatoon in a way, those are my best bets.
@@poshiblitz that does make sense, I just thought since it's only on the Nintendo switch that Nintendo would atleast acknowledge its existence!

I was hoping for a new map or weapons... Could you make a small map similar to the WNA resort with the assets of the resort? Like the resort's arena or something? Also please make more variations of the weapons, like fist weapons with the shark ninjitsu! Add the skills that are only in one weapon to more weapon types!
We also are overdue for a new story chapter too…

For me the only bad things are the jala/research points bundle (paying to get better at the game not just cosmetics) and may is looking pretty dry

I heard of Jujutsu Kaisen but never watch it myself, but I’m very excited for it!
Since I bought all my tiers and avoided playing a single match in Season 8, I feel the need to balance things out and work my way to Tier 100 this season. I just hope I won't have to make this season my last-ever.

used to play a lot during season 1 (got tier 100 in the pass), have they fixed the servers at all? it was a huge problem for me and is the main reason i stopped playing. i want to start playing agin but if the servers are still laggy then its not worth my time redownloading it

say what you want about ninjala, the anime heavyweights are clearly backing their creative team 100%!! this game has all the potential to keep getting bigger
I will be honest with my opinion, I don't think Nnjala or Gungho is legitimately listening to the player base of the game. If you want to keep playing a messy gum wad of a game, go ahead it sucks and seriously needs real improvement at the core.

@Anthony Y. so.. you're okay with the Horrible matchmaking, a stagnant solo story mode that hasn't been updated since Chapter two released back in 10/28/2020, a gacha machine that doesn't increase the odds of obtaining the costume prize listed after the first primary pull, no real secondary method to get a gacha machine costume, no real Quality of life improvements, cheating players, overpowered opponents in fights, rage quitting teammates in team battles, no regional servers, sever lag, a store that only gets collab items and hardly anything original, and any previous collab items never return to try and get the one you missed out on obtaining?

@Anthony Y. Wow, are you being paid to sugar coat all the issues the game has? You seem to be way too positive, and that makes me sus about you and your true feelings toward this game. I have been playing all kinds of games since I was young, seen countless problems throughout my own experiences, and this game has real problems that no one addresses, this is why games fail because people see problems and don't hold the company responsible to fix them, that is why we get modders having to fix the broken games the companies make to make consumers come back to enjoy it, modders who don't get paid to fix the mess the game company made out of the game they created. If you are just going to deny ninjala's problems, they will never be fixed.

Well, the twitter account told us that we will be surprised with the new collab, but i'm just gonna skip it bc it didn't managed to do so. Still, being able to buy the mini pass will never be a bad option, also the free gum gacha coins.

Again, no new story mode chapter.. I am seriously thinking about deleting Ninjala from my switch. This dev diary was a waste of time, I have been waiting on my new story mode Chapters for too long, and the lack of new engaging story mode Chapters sucks out the enjoyment that I had in this game. Plus, this game sucks to play now with all the issues that are present, I.E. Horrible matchmaking, a stagnant solo story mode that hasn't been updated since Chapter two released back in 10/28/2020, a gacha machine that doesn't increase the odds of obtaining the costume prize listed after the first primary pull, no real secondary method to get a gacha machine exclusive costume (the 2nd chance gacha machines don't count, the 2nd chance machines should all have increased odds of getting the gacha costume even after the first pull not the exact same odds as the original machine the costume was featured in that's what 2nd chance means. Higher probability to get a prize.) , no real Quality of life improvements, cheating players, overpowered opponents in fights, rage quitting teammates in team battles, no regional servers, sever lag, a store that only gets collab items and hardly anything original, and any previous collab items never return to try and get the one you missed out on obtaining.
Ninjala is completely bonkers. Every single season they buff the top tier weapons further and weaken the low tier weapons. They either do this on purpose to create the most imbalanced fighting game ever. Or its just plain incompetence. Either way its hilarious.
another season no new map so no more new maps from now on?
