I usually will follow the comedies of Shakespeare rather than the tragedies. But this painting brought to life the pain and loss suffered by those who just can't take it. No shrinks available to help them cope. But egad it's so beautiful. Thank you,

Tonight I came across this painting and I was shocked. I look exactly like Ophelia is portrayed in this painting, and I felt such a connection to her that I had to learn more about this piece. Absolutely beautiful painting but a little disturbing to see my face as if I had drowned lol
