If the state will actually take care of it then that’s all that needs to be done. FBI is only the size of the New York City Police Department and they have to investigate everywhere in the country. Plus there’s a lot of other things that they investigate that only they are allowed to. And that doesn’t even get into the non-criminal matters that deal with espionage prevention.
I hate how Texas calls it a county judge. I wish they would just call it a county mayor or a county executive. Judges are supposed to make decisions based on the law, but an executive/mayor makes more discretionary decisions based on what they feel is best for the direction of their departments.

Please do audits on Harris County Tolls Road, why we still pay to foreigner for tolls fees over 30+ years. Tolls Roads should be return to Harris County after 20 years of collecting toll fees.

the feds can get involved, but generally the discussions start with the state and they will let that scene play out first.
