I studied in madarsa for like 5 years In my childhood and that was the worst phase of my entire life, I was abused at that time and I saw so many students being sexually abused by so called qari saabs and by those students who were slightly elders. Those 5 years ruined my childhood and part of my teenage years,and made me a social introvert. then I went to strike against my family members that I will not go to madarsa again, and then they admitted me in govt school, from onward my life just completely changed. Quieting madarsa was the best decision of my life.
True! I had Cousin who studied at a Madrasa from where he did Hifz e Quran. He said pretty much the same thing about the kind of environment Madrasas Provide. And He also said the Parents should not let the children do Hifz if they are not going to continue learning Islamic Education or go through proper Islamic Education like an Alim Course thing. This is because the child once he does his Hifz, he said will slowly forget everything he learned if he does not keep on revising his Hifz. But that from an Intellectual point of view. The cases of Sexual assualts in Madrasas is a common thing that was cleared from my cousin who told me about his experience.

برادر اکثر جب میں ایسے ہی سوالات اپنے لوگوں سے کرتا ہوں تو مجھے بہت زیادہ گالیاں اپنے ہی اسی معاشرے سے سننا پڑتی ہیں آپ نے بالکل ٹھیک رائے دی ہے اور میں آپ کے ساتھ ہوں۔ یہ مولانا حضرات شروع دن سے ایسے ہی ہیں یہ کوئی نئی بات نہیں ہے۔
بہتر انداز کے ساتھ آپ نے بہت خوبصورت بات کی اور بہت درست بات کی۔ لیکن جناب میرے خیال میں مدارس میں یہ برائی اس وقت ختم نہیں ہو سکتی جب حکومت ان جیسے برے لوگوں کو سزا نہیں دیتی حکومت سزا نہیں دیتی، اسلام میں ان جیسوں کیلئے بہت سخت سزا مقرر ہے۔ مجھے افسوس ہے کہ ہماری ریاست میں اس برائی کو روکنے کا کوئی ارادہ نہیں ہے۔
بالکل صحیح ،یہ قصور ہمارے ملک کا ہے ۔ اگر صرف چند لوگوں کو بھی اسلامی سزا دی گئی تو آیندہ کوئی ایسی زحمت نہیں کرے گا ،ورنہ اس طرح ہمارا دین ان بعض دونمبر مولویوں اور سیکولر لوگوں کی وجہ سے برباد ہوگا ۔
Rape cases in Madrsahs of Pakistan are increasing day by day, it's high time to take this issue seriously, and government should take strict legislation against such rapist and Madrsahs. Parents too are responsible, before sending their children they must verify Madrsahs and teachers. Civil society should come forward to raise voice against such cases.

Sir, you said that they, clerics are told to keep their sexual desires within and not let it out. Here, indirectly you're saying that they should let it out and have their sexual desires fulfilled. Whether it is a madrassa's teacher(Qari,Moulvi,Alim) or a school teacher college or university professor or their staff Recently we have seen many of cases from colleges and universities but nobody have said anything. It,s not only the case of Madrassahs in Pakistan, recently University of Education and GCU Lahore have alsobeen spotted with similar cases of rape and harassment. It,s intellectual dishonesty to put only Madraashs on the scale of criticism.

Bro, i am also in favor of sharia, but the reason we don't have it on ground is because it's been sabotaged systemically.
And madaaris are the first to blame as they are happy with their "delusional world" where they enjoy easy peasy life.
And that's the reason for all this anarchy in such places.
The environment of madaaris in this era got vulnerable for this reason, everyone seems passing time.
Surely university are vulnerable to shit when it comes to "blackmailing" but madaaris are having without any blackmailing-greed-fear to the victims (who probably in their pre-mature) age. Especially when beating by ustad is considered as "fire relief" tool. I mean the book to make people HUMAN is being "memorized" in a very Inhumane way, and they pass it to the next generation.
The overall situation is sophisticated.
Very a unique but important topic and needs the courage to discuss but I guarantee no mulla is going to accept it and they will consider it against (their own made ) Islam. The solutions are best but in this country, it's almost near impossible to be fulfilled in recent circumstances because even universities don't have these facilities and government doesn't have funds to pay teachers salaries, apart from that this country needs new vision and ideas which can only be provided by real educated people like you, highly appreciated and keep it up.

اسکی ایک اور بڑی وجہ مدارس کے اندر گھٹن زدہ نظام بھی ہے جہاں اتنی قدامت پسندی اور تنگ نظری ہےکہ آدمی کے پاس دماغ فریش کرنے کو اور کوئی دوسری ایکٹیویٹی ہی نہیں ہوتی اوپر سے قاری صاحب کا ڈنڈا الگ۔
اور پھر بچے آپس میں بھی یہ بری حرکات میں لگ جاتے ہیں ۔۔۔
بہت کم بچے ان قاری صاحبوں کے جنسی حملوں سے بچ پاتے ہیں ۔
Sir, you said that they, clerics are told to keep their sexual desires within and not let it out. Here, indirectly you're saying that they should let it out and have their sexual desires fulfilled. But how? Of course not through children, but do you mean through each other's sisters and mothers? Islam doesn't teaches us that without proper Nikah.
I can relate to this situation very deeply but I have been silent for many years because firstly I am a girl and secondly I come from a very strict family and I am from a backward area where if I speak up instead of believing me, I will be misunderstood and a taboo of infamy will be attached to my name.

The fact is that these clerics faced the same situation in their childhood when they were in madrasas because at that time they are weak and now they are aged so now they have no choice to avenge so they go to sexual trauma and they couldn't understand what to do so they do these types of sins ...
