This is the BEST car chase in cinema history, hands down! Mostly because at this point, the Hendersons' station wagon, which is effectively a character itself in the movie as the vehicle that brought Harry home on two occasions is now pursuing him, it's now in the hands of the evildoer. Like what would happen if the Joker got behind the wheel of the Batmobile.
George's face 0:46 🤣...also as a kid I tried screaming the siren sound out the car window like Harry...midway through the scream a fly got lodged in my throat 🤮
That could actually be the dual-dual part of I-5 (the stretch between I-90 and the downtown tunnelway)! They're most likely on the express lane part of the local/exress configuration right before the reversible "express" lane begins!!!! Yes an express lane that begins/ends at the express lanes!!!!!
Yeah, it's either nonstop superhero or fantasy shit. And they wanna cash in off trends and make it grimdark to score well with critics too. It's not just family flicks like this. What the hell happened to good sci-fi... gone, like everything else.
When I first saw this film as a kid, I was laughing my butt off with Harry's siren yell, allowing the family to escape.
One of my favorite parts of the movie. It gets me laughing like crazy!
Love this movie!! Old school 👌!!!!!
I'm watching Harry And The Hendersons right now on cable and this is the most hilarious scene I've ever seen LOL

I bet that's happened once or twice in the like almost century that Batman's been around.
This is going straight into my "I was looking for this" playlist.
Why would anyone give this gem a thumbs down?
Don't worry, no one can see it anymore, lol.
I love that truck 1950 chevy panel truck my dad had one just like it
Hahaha that is so funny how Harry did that siren noise!
the legendary bigfoot was said to be able to mimic any sound
They don’t make wholesome movies like this anymore.
Nope, they sold it all for special effects and nostalgia pandering.
Yes they do. They're all over the place
George's face 0:46 🤣...also as a kid I tried screaming the siren sound out the car window like Harry...midway through the scream a fly got lodged in my throat 🤮
I feel sorry for that, but that's hilarious. 🤣🤣🤣
I tried once...
My dad told me: Get out from the f****N Window you idiot!

Freeway Scene they on Interstate 5 Express Lanes in Seattle, Washington
Imagine if they shot it now, there'd be at least 300 tents and homeless people in the background.

@@ralphjames1211 It's I-5 north by volunteer park, near the end you can see the sign.
@@szymonmatyjaszek1440 It's the express lanes just south of Lake City Way.
🤣🤣🤣 I love this scene
Predator screaming
it's the friggin' midnight howler! (Mountain Men)
if it wasn't for Harry Laufer would of got them that Big foot is very smart and very good
Well, he did get 'em later. It's just Harry showed him the Bigfoot style of persuasion!
Strange how jacques lafleur doesn't get pulled over for driving a car missing a door on the freeway.
Damn, Umbrella Academy goes back a ways
AhhhhhhhhhhhhhhAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Weird seeing this scene at 60 fps.
Well shit. How come no one did this when evacuating Florida from hurricane Irma?
Is that the Space Needle from Downtown Seattle 1:13
Steve Sibaja yes indeed it is I live in Washington and that is the space needle also Harry and the hendersons were filmed in seattle

Hallelujah
The same car chase scene from LETHAL WEAPON 2.
God bless
I was just on imdb for this movie and there is a thread saying a garden gnome is driving a car in this scene. Anyone see it?
Um, since when did Highway 410 connect with Interstate 5 in Seattle?
Then it's change into Highway 522
It's take to Bothell
It's the Lake City Way exit. Fake sign.
Giant seed Gift of toungues
I wish movies like this was around instead we get disney shit and less than kid friendly films

What was causing the traffic jam
The film shooting, lol.
Ah, Seattle back in the day. Before it was overrun by grunge bands, hipsters, tech bros and homeless people.
Back when it rained every week instead of every other week, lol.
And Dr. Frasier Crane?
