San Leandro Cherry Festival Parade in Downtown San Leandro. The parade does not look like a cultural event's parade, but looks like a protest demonstration, people screaming and yelling, and motorcyclist police patrol the event back and forth. No dance performance allowed in the parade in contrast from the Cherry Festival Parade in 2018:
