Hola Louise
Louise, thank you for inspiring me to pickup a paint brush after a number of years. Sunday afternoons my young granddaughters connect via zoom to paint together. During this pandemic this is our time together learning and being creative. They live seven hours by car from me. We are learning from you, our successes and our mishaps. We enjoy painting birds the most.
Its so hard to pick one favorite subject to paint, but if I had to choose , I suppose it would have to be animals of ALL kinds, including the human.
Thanx Louise for all that you give to the world.and to me as an ever growing artist and person.
Louise, you are truly a classy lady; I'm so thankful I discovered your channel.
Hi Louise. Your new studio is fabulous. I like you rose painting, among many others, because you know how to 'keep it simple' and not to overwork the detail. It looks fresh and lively. Xx
Your new work space is lovely! I’d like to say your birds are my absolute favorite, but, then... your florals!!! And your animals. Cannot choose.
Oh my word! What a wonderful place to work. You are a very lucky lady Louise. You live in a magical country , you have a beautiful home and you are able to spend time doing something that you’re passionate about. Your paintings are more than exquisite, beyond beautiful. You allow us to watch you paint and I can’t tell you how relaxing it is, for me personally, to be lucky enough to have that . I know you’ve been told many many times, but you have a lovely soothing voice. I could listen to you talk all day! Anyway, thanks for sharing your new painting room with us. It’s gorgeous! I wish you many more happy hours in there. Take care. 🙏🙏🙏🤗
With room to breathe, creating can stretch its arms. It's Bright and well laid out. I too have turned a smaller bedroom into my "studio/office."
I love painting birds and animals.
I’m so envious of the beautiful piece of paradise you live on - all the trees and bush must attract heaps of birds and wildlife😱
Beautiful painting room and home xx
Lovely new studio. I love that cabinet that your husband is fixing up for you! My favourite thing to paint is children and botanicals
My favorite subject are those tips on how we can improve our watercoloring techniques and avoding (or using them in your advantage) those mistakes e.g., blooming, overpowering. They are really very helpful, without those tips we will end up making a mistake and will prevent us to paint what we like. More power to you Loiuse....the simplicity of your video demo are very powerful.
You have two lovely paint rooms! It’s hard to beat that A-frame window in your office. What a beautiful view. You must get much inspiration from the majesty surrounding you.
I’m new to watercoloring, so I love most everything: animals, florals, outdoor scenes, beach scenes, and even eyes with the reflections, etc.
You have a beautiful gift. Thanks for sharing.
I love your new work space. Everything looks like it has a place, nice and neat. I like to paint birds and flowers. I am a retired teacher and am just having the time to explore my artistic skills more. I have enjoyed watching your show and being inspired.
What a studio :) Perfectly lean and functional. Thanks Louise.
Beautiful home and studio. My favourite subjects to paint are anything inspired by nature.
You are simply delightful, and I so appreciate your no nonsense approach. Excellent technique, and skill, I know you have worked hard.
What a beautiful place you have to work, what a lovely view - especially when the birds arrive!
I love your new painting studio, I love ducks of every kind, thank you.
Love the room it will give you peace. So far ❤ my favorite has been the roostvedr! I have improved three folds since I have habitually been watching your channel. Thank You! Keep it up🎉
Roses are Red and Violets are Blue I Love to Paint Landscapes and I am honored to have met you...
I’m from Lima Peru, south América, I really enjoy looking you expressing your art, so delicate, you put magic in every detail of water color painting! I start painting flowers and leaves. Thank you!
Yes, a studio CAN be too big! Lol! Nice seeing your new room and that shallow drawer unit will be just perfect when it's done. Tfs!
That elephant painting is just beautiful ❤
I love to paint flowers. I a newbie at painting even though I’m an oldie (70 yrs old)! My whole life I longed to be an artist and discovered about 1 1/2 yr. ago that I actually can paint! That first watercolor workshop started me on a new and exciting journey! You are my very favorite artist to follow!! I’m going to try pansies next!!
I started painting water colour painting 2009, I took a few classes, but I have to tell you I am inspired by Louise and I feel my painting will go up several notches. Her classes are so relaxing, I love painting flowers to. I often paint small ones for cards, such a pleasure. You will do so well
I have learned so much from your teachings in the Watercolor summit and the Skill Share and now on Utube I love your animal and flower painting!!!
My favorite subject to paint is Humming Birds. No two are alike and each pose can be so unique and expressive!
Does this mean I win?
I'd never get any work done with a view like that! Wow!
Louise, I love all of your you tube videos! I enjoy painting animals and birds. Landscapes are fun too! Nature is magnificent!
I have learned a lot about handling watercolor paint from watching your flower videos. The way you go about painting flowers is my favorite thing you do. BTW, we were in Australia in January of 2019 for the Australian Open tennis tournament. We also were in Sydney, Adelaide, Tasmania and of course finishing up in Melbourne for the tennis. Thanks so much.
I quite love your watercolour technique. My favorite painting are your beautiful birds.
Louise, thank you for the tour of your fresh, organized and minimalist new studio space! It looks like a place where you can be ready to paint at a moment's notice! 🙂💕 I'm 55, but still a novice painter so I haven't decided what my favorite subject is yet since I haven't much to show for my name, so I will say my favorite subject is whatever I'm currently working on, but I love the birds and flowers (which is how I recently discovered you), and hope to do a lot more of them in the future. Looking forward to seeing beautiful new paintings and new videos. Enjoy your new space! 🎉👩🎨🎊
Very beautiful, functional and surely productive room
You’re brilliant
Hello Louise. I just saw your new Art Studio video. Wow, how beautiful and cozy. The view out of the large window must be so inspiring and lots of natural light. Thank you for giving us a tour of your lovely work space. Your work table is a dream come true. The new painting you just added to your studio is gorgeous and so appropriate with all the beautiful birds you can see everyday. You deserve to have such a comfortable room and all the cupboards you have for storing all your equipment. You are an amazing artist! I love watching your tutorials so much. I am slowly getting the paint brushes and paint that I will need to follow you on Patreon. Although I am a beginner, I find you so interesting and love all the information you give us wannabes. I can’t wait to start painting with you. Thank you so very much and enjoy your beautiful new Art Studio. Helene Edgington
Very beautiful and appropriate and productive room
You’re brilliant
You have a beautiful home...inside and out. I love the white walls with the wood windows and accents. My favorite thing to paint is difficult to pick. Love too many things: birds, flowers, animals, people, and scenes that move me in some way. Thank you for this opportunity to win your lovely roses painting.
Your studio is beautiful and what a gorgeous view you have!! I love painting botanicals, birds and butterflies.
How exciting! Your new room is lovely. You have given me incentive to clean up my space….I’m a VERY messy painter! I find creativity to be a messy enterprise. I love to paint animals Louise. I do the eyes first…I feel like I’ve captured the spirit of the animal then and then I just let it guide me through the rest of the painting…it seems to take on its own life. Do you ever feel that way? I love your channel and allways I am mesmerized by your style and technique. 💖🤗👏🏻👏🏻
what a beautiful space I enjoy painting birds and flowers
Nice work place and fishing -box 😁. Landscape, buildings, boats.
You have a beautiful workroom. My favourite subjects to paint are flowers.
This was a great video. I love the new space. I paint many things but I most enjoy foods, fruits, vegetables. It's very nice of you to give away an original painting. Thanks for the opportunity to win.
Thank you, Louise! Your roses are incredible! My favorite subjects to paint are flowers and pet portraits. 💕
You are so welcome! Thank you.
So beautiful, clean, and organized, resembles your painting
You have a beautiful home and love your new studio area. I would love to see you paint peacocks.
I like painting flowers using watercolor!
Your new studio is lovely! I love to paint landscapes and flowers.
My favorite subject to paint is botanical painting - not loose, yet not overly detailed. Basically, the balance you've achieved is the balance I work to achieve. Especially in the botanical realm, I adore painting - Roses! So the Giveaway painting is oh so very appealing to me! There's something about original artwork I really love, and this one really does look stunning through the screen. My eye caught the White Rose painting you're working on on your new painting table. I really hope that one will turn into a tutorial - the color contrast is really eye catching to me :) There's just something about the colors and shapes of roses I absolutely adore :)
What a Beautiful room!!! You will never have an excuse or not feel in the mood to paint!!
I love painting proteas and sparrows! Hope to see a tutorial soon!🥰
your art studio is arranged well planned, and all your paintings are near to relates with nature, you are an amazing artist 🙏💐 thank you for sharing your videos
My favorite watercolor subjects are Irish deities! I love to paint the figures of Irish mythology and folklore, including their symbols and places of patronage

I love painting hummingbirds in watercolor
I love to paint figurative - people or animals. Thanks for the tour!
Thanks for sharing your workspace,,,favorite things to paint would be anything found in nature
I love your whole beautiful home, but flowers are my favorite thing to watch you paint. I'm still just a beginner, so I have yet to master one of your tutorials, but I have still watched many of them adn learned a lot from you by watching them. The first one I hope to try to complete is the yellow rose. I am getting ready to give it a go. I too am renovating my garage into a new office/studio so I have toom to do my art and can spend the rest of my retirement learning watercolors and colored pencils together. I really love painting flowers and I have been growing them for years. Thank you Louise. I so love watching and learning from you.
Louise you have a very beautiful studio. I wish to have one like yours one day. Loved the minimalistic approach.. white and greens in the room are so soothing to the eyes.
At the moment I don't have any one particular subject that I like to paint. Am still learning and exploring. But I do enjoy painting landscapes.
Lovely studio. My favorite subjects to paint are flowers and birds. Thx
Wow, what a gorgeous, tidy clean space and that view is to die for! You live on such an amazing property! I'm very happy for you Louise. May you enjoy many years in your beautiful studio painting to your hearts content:) Your painting looks fantastic on the wall and the roses are gorgeous too:) Thank you for sharing this with us.😍 My favourite subjects to paint are birds and flowers💞
You are a great inspiration to me, I have been watching your videos for a long time now and I have learned so much from you, I love the way you paint everything, I love your style, clean, vibrant colors, almost botanical, yet very beautiful and gentle. I am learning how to paint watercolors, my favorite one is the owl, but I love Roses too!
My favourite subject to paint is flowers, but I really like your bird paintings!
Thank you for your wonderful art studio. It’s beautiful and I loved it. The views from window is spectacular. I recently started painting and created art CZcams channel and I am loving it. Please keep posting more. Thank you.
I love your art studio and the view behind the window is aaaaaamazing.
I REALLY LOVE your work AND the way you teach. Big fan here!
I paint a lot in watercolor, and I love the birds and the flowers, and the greens (foliage, trees...) you do. Hope to be the lucky winner of your magnificent roses watercolor 😃🥰
Thanks for the tour. You are so fortunate to have such a wonderful space to paint. I love painting roses. I also grow them and photograph them. Enjoy your Instagram site. You are a talented lady.

What a lovely studio you have. Love all your work. You are a very talented artist.
I loooove dot charts!!!
I love your new studio and I have loved painting that giraffe and the pink rose from your skillshare class. In general I love painting botanicals. Roses are my favourite.
Hi Louse :) Thank you for sharing your new space with us. My little studio area is not so tidy... It's an area shared by many passions and there is always multiple projects going. It's interesting that you opted for a smaller area and I am always saying "I need more room" lol and end up using the dining room table to sort items :) When in reality I should probably focus on sorting through the supplies I have and donating a few to a charity. I have two larger art desks (they are really gigantic wooden doors my husband brought home from work for me and turned into a desk top). They sit next to the gigantic window which spans my little art room. Under one is a little fridge so I don't have to stop working in the middle of inspiration to get a drink (but in truth my drinks are in this little fridge so my teenage son and his friends don't drink then all and I have a few left for the week lol) and a couple little shelves with some different art books. Under the second is my mother's old dresser I couldn't bear to part with after she died. One draw holds a few of her treasures (like her mother's wedding dress, old photos, and few of her handmade items. The other drawers hold supplies). Between these two 7 foot wide desks are my large paper pads and large boards a couple canvases. On top of my main art desk are two journals I'm in the process of making for a custom order. The other art desk looks like an organized mess at the moment. It has about 10 sets of papers and supplies for art journals which I'm putting together to do a workshop at a girls home a couple hours from my home. I had this dream to share with them my love of art journaling and how it has helped me through difficult times in my life and hopefully they will enjoy our time together and perhaps discover a way to constructively express their heart. On the walls of the room are remnants of my mother's beautiful life.... Trinkets she has collected sit on the little shelf above the window and other surfaces. Several of her paintings and two of my most favorite pictures of her... One was taken when she was a little girl on the day her mother died.... The other taken when I was a girl.... She was a beautiful woman and still is within my heart. I never really appreciated her paintings when I was younger... Her style was so different than my own. She loved tole painting and I was always drawn to more realistic art. But oh, Louise, I treasure these things now. Then on the side wall I have my mom's antique pie safe which as been in the family for years. It holds all my art supplies.... Paints... Brushes... Palettes.... Dreams left to be imagined. Next to the pie safe is desk... It's a real desk and the one I really want to sit at today... On my desk sits a piece of watercolor paper taped to a board on which I have just started a tutorial. It's only my 2nd watercolor piece.... In truth It doesn't look so good at the moment... But I keep telling myself I'm not even finished with my first layer and not to be so hard on myself... But to enjoy the moments playing in the beautiful colors and to be kind to myself... This is all your fault you know... said with a smile.... You make everything look so easy and so beautiful.... And you make me think that I can actually learn to do this even though I failed art in the 8th grade. I only found your channel a week or so ago... But I am so enjoying them and beginning to believe that if I keep practicing one day I will be able to share my work with someone. Thank you for sharing all your beautiful work and your trade secrets. I've always wanted to take watercolor classes just never been able to do so. I don't know what I like painting.... but I think I would like to learn how to paint a sparrow... There is something about that pretty little bird that reminds me I'm not alone in this world which at times can be overwhelming. Have a beautiful day Louise. Hugs, Michele
What a beautiful space! Makes all the difference doesnt it :) The re-purpased cabinet for your papers is a briliiant idea! As for my favorite subject to paint, it would have to be flowers. Thank you for sharing with us!
Your room is so pretty and peaceful. It must be inspiring to sit in there and work. And what a view! I am new to watercolor...making the transition from oils and it is so different. I never liked flowers in oils, but love them in watercolor. And I love your work.
Love this artist. I am learning a lot from you. I love to listen to your calm boice. You are a wonderful artist. Thank you for sharing.
Definatly an inspiration to see your lovley studio and video process. You are a God Send to me. Thank you for being here for us.
I love watching your videos. Even though I usually paint only flowers I truely enjoy watching you paint your birds. May have to try one myself. Thanks for sharing your expertise with us.
Enjoyed the tour. Great to have your own private space. I share my painting area with my husband much as you did previously. I don't like leaving it a mess. Would be lovely to just shut a door and begin the next day where I left off. My favorite thing to paint right now is leaves. Love mixing the greens.
What an inspiring space enhanced by the gorgeous landscape outside the window. I love trees but as I am only a beginner my attempts are very mechanical. Thank your for sharing your amazing talent.
Beautiful spaces! My favourite things to paint are animals and architecture.
I Love your new space, more intimate. Glad your getting a flat file, mine is very handy for storing all my paintings and my watercolor sheets. My favorite subject are animals. I am currently doing a commission painting of a Golden Retriever. My second favorite are birds...any kind. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent. I enjoy all your videos.
What a serene space you have, and surrounded by a beautiful garden, it's unbelievable!! Wish you all the best and looking forward to many more videos!! Hope you do few tropical flowers too.
Very nice, Louise. It must also be nice to have a “quiet space” where you can be alone paint. I know I could not share an office or studio space with my husband. 😉
You are privileged, what a wonderful view I can understand where your inspiration comes from.
Your studio is perfect, I love it. I am painting your chrysanthemum on Skillshare, almost finished, your way of teaching is wonderful. I would love to see you paint farm animals like pigs, cows and chickens.
What a lovely space Louise! I’d never want to leave. Your home and grounds are very art inspiring. Or maybe just to sit on the porch and let that beauty wash over you. I love to paint birds although I’m not very good at them yet. Have fun there!
8:08 am USA, I’ve been watching your videos and I have been learning a lot! Congratulations on your new studio space, it looks incredible!
Thanks Louise - the new art studio is lovely. I'm enjoying your renovation videos and love how you carry through inspiration from your art. I'm still a beginner and haven't settled on a favourite subject, though at this stage I find myself drawn to flowers and birds. I'm currently having a go at your cockatoo CZcams tutorial. Thank you!
That tour was absolutely stunning and inspiring. Thank you for sharing. I can‘t wait to take part in your tutorials.
I enjoy painting flowers of all kinds and locations. I live in the beautiful State of Maine on the coast. Love your new studio. Happy Painting.
Love the view out your window. What a lovely place to paint. I’m still learning to paint, but enjoy doing landscapes. And I’m learning to paint animals as well.
I really enjoy floral paintings.
Love to paint landscapes with water: ocean, lake, puddles, rain :) (just sharing)
So organized, clean art studio. Your view from d outside adds an ambiance that would inspire u painting. Pretty cool. Awesome. Thanks for sharing your talent, soft spoken artist. God bless, Miss Louise...direct from d Philippines.
What a lovely space you have♥ You have just inspired me to clear the clutter off of my glass top desk, tilt it and continue working on my botanical watercolors. My favorite subject is anything in bloom, but today's challenge - making shadows on petals. Thank you for sharing!
Your room is bright and amazing!! Love the light ❤ Right now I am loving plants in terra cotta or vases. Look forward to many more tutorials, thanks for all the teaching 😊
Love your studio!
Favorite tutorial is birds.
Beautiful room! I’m in the middle, well sort of (I keep getting side tracked 🙄), of beautifying my room. Thanks for sharing!
My favorite things to paint are birds and flowers. I keep going back to them. I know I’m late to the party. Lol
I love your new painting room.
Thank you for sharing. I enjoy painting a variety of subjects, my current favorite is rusty things.
Beautiful painting room....love the parrots
