@@lisachauvin well. I have tried to look around the whole world for the same system. The one you control via the interface aka the screen is from factory. And I have never heard about any factory that does ambient lighting via a button. And it's connected to the other type of ambient lighting. It's not from the factory
rakan almotairy the ambient lighting is a factory installed option, just like running boards it can also be installed by the dealer, but in my case my SX-P came with it. I wouldn’t have chosen to pay the $400 for it or the $1000 for the running boards, but that is how the vehicle came equipped from the factory
Lisa Chauvin I have a 2021 sx with prestige package. I can’t find the button you are talking about for the wheel well and cup holder lights. I looked in front of the cup holders, nothing. Can you video during the day so I can see the button. Get me the pic some other way. Thanks

I didn’t like the ambient lighting having a different switch. Is is dealer add on or from the factory like the mood lighting?
