"I Want To Be Happy" - The Shotgun Jazz Band

At The Cat, Jan. 24, 2018. The SJB does a Broadway show tune from the 1925 production of "No No Nanette". This one is dedicated to all of you Boston Red Sox fans who remember the curse of the Bambino. Bruce (and the rhythm section) shine on this. Charlie Halloran, trombone; Marla Dixon, trumpet/vocals; Bruce Brackman, clarinet; John Dixon, banjo; Tyler Twerk Thomson, bass; and Ben Polcer, piano.

That is very good, just one thing, I get accused quiet often of playing too many notes on my clarinet, on his solo he plays a lot more than I do.

Although I do let out a spontaneous laugh when a song moves me I don't hear myself on this one. I should have though, it was a great performance.
