I just looked at a house in Tower Isle , Jamaica Beach , St Mary which is a prime real estate area . This house sits on almost half acre of land , it has 9 bedrooms double car garage , well kept lawn, beautiful drive way , a host of fruit trees , 2 kitchens with all modern amenities and it is being sold for US $850,000. So it is wise to say that this house in Stony Hill is too pricy

Very nice venetian style interior and fixtures but still not worth $1M US even if its Stony Hill. In the US the prices are overinflated due to decline of the US dollar due to overprinting and there will be a huge adjustment in prices this year after interest rates go down and BRICS is ratified.

Certainly too expensive for what it offers , some of the tiles are ancient , lots of refurbishing to be done. I would say $800,000 would be a fair price
