Could you build a house with no rooms: one large room. It sounds weird but I think it looks great if partitioned by wardrobes! In my town, my design is to house of an actress and her wife who love plants, sorry went off on a tangent, please consider! :)

yna you have to complete the patio, basement quests i believe. If you completed those you should go to the park to see that quest
