Lines of Best Fit - GCSE Physics
Vložit
- čas přidán 9. 02. 2019
- This video introduces lines of best fit for GCSE Physics. A line of best fit should be drawn, passing as close to or through as many data points as possible.
A straight line of best fit should be drawn with a ruler. Sometimes a curved line of best fit is more appropriate, this can be drawn freehand.
Thanks for watching,
Lewis

I love this guy's videos. Simple, straight to the point, and easy to understand. Thanks for providing them!
I did a biology assessment on Friday and we peer-marked it today. Why wasn't I told that a line of best fit can also be a curve...
You learn something new every day. Thank you for this! You saved my exams ❤️
2 years in gcse Physics and I never learned how to draw a line of best fit, but this video did it in less than 4 minutes 😂
Great work. Am from PAKISTAN
Physics paper tomorrow and now I am learning from my youtube teacher.
What grade did you got?
election kaun jeeta bro
After spending this entire semester creating fake scenarios in my head instead of listening, I'm sitting here for the 3rd day learning everything from scratch for tomorrow's Physics + Biology + Chemistry final exam 😅
Good luck for the exam
@@Etarglated_wbnshk Dude I just came back from the exam and I think I'm getting 80-95% 🙏🙏🙏
Have my biology gcse next week and was confused on how to draw a line of best fit, thank you so much now I’m much confident !!
How'd it go?
@@justsomeone5660 hey yeah I got a 7 haha, my gcse was 6 months ago now I’m in sixth form
@@gucciriyan6519 that's great! congratulations! I have mine soon, any tips?
2:41 satisfying
I got this homework to draw a line of best fit. I didn't know what was the line of best fit was. But this video helped me a lot. tysm
Thank you this was very helpful :)
its ironic that im listening to a physics teacher WHO CAN TEACH MATHS WAYYY BETTER THAN ACTUAL MATH TEACHERS
2:41 to 2:43 sooooooo satisfying
He is truly a talented artist. 👌
Thank you so much! Really helpful :)
Great! Thanks so much :)
found this really helpful. thank you :)
So depending on the trend is whether or not the LOBF is straight or curved?
Yes
Thanks

I did tell you!
Now I know, thank you!!!@@PhysicsOnline
Thank you
Thanks bro
does the line have to pass through most points or between most points ???
You just saved a life 🙏
I need help please my exam is tmrww!! Does it have to go through the last point or touch it or not necessarily?
