I hope you are enjoying the Italy vlogs :) see you tomorrow at 5pm for another one! Soak them up whilst you can hehehe insta and tiktok: gracebooth97 email: grackleyoutube@outlook.com
Hi Grace my name is Lilian. I’ve been subscribed and following you since we were teenagers. Last year I got married and now I am also pregnant alongside you. I feel like we grew up together. You’ve blessed me so much over the years, I really see you as a sister. May God bless you so much and your precious family. Lots of love x PS I live in Hamburg and was in Florence just last month. You’re like my virtual twin lol 😜.
Grace, We have been married 36 years. We still color coordinate our church clothes. We also have matching luggage!😂 Hubby’s is black & mine is blue 😂 We enjoy our time together no matter how the trip is going. That is a really great quality to have with each other!! I cannot tell you how happy I am for you two, I enjoy your vlogs & commentary with each other. You two are just the cutest!!!!♥️ Take care & God Bless you both.
I‘m loving these vlogs, Grace! Vicariously living through the travels (currently stuck in a massive heat wave and work). The hotel does look amazing but it does look like more of a treat hence the price. Nothing wrong with a little treat though when you can afford it. You and Mr. Grack have a lovely chill dynamic, loving the glimpses we get through the vlog.
Yep I'm a great believer in the breakfast buffet smuggled sarnie. Future tip for when little one is older bring a small container in your bag to pop snacks/sarnies for them in for later. (That Nutella cake would definitely make the tuppaware for a mummy snack 😋)
I'm a real cheapskate! I always take enough for lunch when I stay in a hotel with a buffet breakfast. Loving your 'baby moon' and such a good idea to do it. Traveling with a baby is fine/OK, but very different and not as relaxing.
Feels so surreal watching you explore my city, Florence, I think you stumbled upon the newest mayor being elected (the first woman, too). I'm glad you had a great stay!
best gelato in florence is sbrino! gelateria della passera, gelateria de' medici are also great. btw they can be uncovered and still really good, real gelato. just not piled a foot high or super unnaturally coloured :)
Hey Grace! Loved the video ❤ just wondering - did you buy tickets to the Vatican at the door? I’m in Rome this weekend but tickets are all sold out online 😢
Your vlog reminds me of a Northern Italy trip I took with a former boyfriend to celebrate his passing the law bar. Unlike you, we did get into an argument while getting lost due to being hot and tired. But I remember most of the hotels and meals being nicer than we expected given our modest budget. Thank you for the memories and update. And it is lovely to see you having such a lovely trip during this time of anticipation and preparation for your baby.
Loving these videos , I went to Rome about 5 years ago with my ex and really loved it, I’m really into my history and everything so really enjoyed it. Why can’t you have steak in pregnancy? 🤔 x
I don't know if every little thing you see in a different country needs to be a custom in that country. Also, Europe is made up of many different countries who each have their own customs. This comment might come off more harsh than I intend it to. I just wonder how people pick up on something small and think everyone might do it like that. The person preparing it that day might just think it looks better, or something.
Didn't they stop you to cover up in the Vatican? Friends of mine were there on the hottest of days and one was a "your trousers are too short" offender (really old fashioned longish "shorts" down to the knees, but, oh dear, bared shins!), and another was a "your shoulders are too bare" offender 😂😂😂😂
Hi Grace, I'm Italian and I ve been watching your vlogs since i discovered them during the pandemic. My guess is that the woman being cheered in Florence was the newly elected mayor. Im so glad you've been enjoying yourselves in Italy. Ciao ciao!
Twenty years ago, the only foods that my doctors & midwives told me to avoid were alcohol & herbal teas! Steak was one of the few foods that I could even tolerate while pregnant. I couldn't stomach eggs, chicken, garlic...I'm not much of a pasta or seafood eater anyway, but _no steak???_ I would have starved! *To the recent/currently pregnant lovelies out there...what is going on?? What's the skinny on "Pregnancy Don'ts" these days?*
I looked it up. NHS says steak that is not thoroughly cooked, i.e. has pink in it, might give you toxoplasma bacteria. Pregnant women can eat steak, but it has to be well done, and as Grace said, "What is the point of that!" Also 20 years ago you had to avoid some shell fish too. I never heard herbal tea, but caffeine and alcohol, for sure!
@@plumdutchess i stated an observation that her interaction has dwindled to near nothing with her subscribers.. no replies to any comments or hearts to her subs anymore.. i dont have to be glad for anything because you dislike the truth
It genuinely upsets me that your husband seems to feed you 1 third of what he eats. Look at those breakfast plates!! The disparity. Selfish. Despite the fact that you're pregnant with his child and you need to eat. That's genuinely worrying.
I'm sorry? What century do you live in? They were both getting plates, he was probably just holding them while she was filming. And you are aware she can get up and get her own, right? As shown by the plate of sweet stuff she got at the end. Which she probably wanted to safe room for. Plus, she might just eat less than him. I'm 100% sure he knows her better than you do.
Whenever you sing you remind me of the cowardly lion 🦁 in the wizard of oz. This is a complete compliment. 🩵 I have friends that live in that area of Florence. They love it. Moved there from America 🇺🇸. Your baby moon looks wonderful for the both of you.

I love both your blue and green color schemes. My husband and I are the same way. Everything navy blue for him and everything dark green for me. 😁

If you’re still in Florence you MUST try La Carraia gelato, it will be all your heart’s desires this whole trip 🖤

Grace enjoy before baby is born❤❤❤❤
Woah!! You absolutely ARE aloud steak. Just has to be cooked through (well done)
I eat rare steak throughout my pregnancies and my babies are perfect.
1:53 is it common in Europe for the bread to be displayed with the rounded side down??

What you expect of a hash brown in Italy when it’s not a common thing to eat, they adjust for tourist
Lovely video, Grace. Did you ever find out who the lady speaking was? How are your mum and sister these days?

Did you ever mention when your baby is due? Just curious but if you haven't I don't mean to pry.
Due dates are a farce. A date given by a Dr means nothing.
:)

Morning has broken like the first dawn?
What is a babymoon?
Like a honeymoon
Baby Sun's brother
Basically a final, couples-only vacation before the baby is born
Ciambella is pronounced ‘chambella’ xx

Only thing I’m not eating is raw seafood and deli meats. The rest I just have in moderation!
@@maddisonwhitehouse4305 The raw fish, I understand. The deli meats, tho?
I thought steak and red meat was meant to be good for you during pregnancy, for protein. (currently pregnant myself :))

@@gemmasmith6715 Yeah, I've never heard of an expectant mother being told to avoid red meat. Maybe she developed an allergy of some sort? I hope not.
Seriously I’ve never heard you can’t have steak while pregnant, exactly the opposite here.
I wouldn’t have steak in England because it’s full of hormones, but in Italy it’s fine. (more than fine, it’s fabulous!)
Have watched her for years now and im sad to see her interaction in the comments section is non existent now

Why aren't you allowed to have meat? Your son needs the iron.

It was buffet. I’m pretty sure she can grab as much as she wants.
Grace feeds herself. It's a buffet. You eat however much you want. You've been watching too much handmaids tail.
this is the most stupid comment I have read in a really long time
