    MARES SMART
    • SUPER SHARP AND CLEAR DISPLAY•PERFECT ERGONOMICS AND USER-FRIENDLINESS
    • ALL-ROUNDER CAPABLE OF MULTIGAS AND FREEDIVING
Quintessential: representing the most perfect or typical example of a quality or class. What happens when you add the superior sharpness of segmented characters, clarity of a perfectly laid-out display, and top it off with ergonomic advantages of two buttons?
You get Smart, probably the smartest computer on the market. Smart replicates the excellent display of the Puck Pro, adding an additional button, buttons
repositioned to the side, all packaged into a much slimmer profile. On the surface, adjust your nitrox settings or view your logbook with ease. Underwater,
you can manage alternate depth information (top row), completely independent from the ancillary information displayed in the bottom row. We’ve
finished it with a two-color strap and unique design, making this the perfect companion for your time away from diving.

Not recommended. Defective software got stuck in Apnea mode one month after the warranty was over and there is no way to reverse it. I was recommended by MARE to try the following: in ‘Set Dive’ select ‘Erase Desat’ and insert the code ‘1234’. Following this, go to ‘Mode’ and select the desired dive mode. I already found this tip online before I asked them and it did not work for me... If you read this try a better computer. I have a CRESSI EDY that is 7 years old now and works perfectly

Mine was also stick in this mode. One day after I bought it. I used this code and it fixed it right away?
One you type in the 1234 hold down the enter until it says “ok” then back out and go to mode

ernestlcolemanjr Hi, thanks for the message, most of the new computers are being released without an instruction manual in the box, its available for download in pdf format from the mares website, links to this manual are on one of the cards in the box.

HI, the unit does not have an off or sleep function. Once activated it stays on, similar to a standard digital watch. (Battery life is 2- 4 yrs depending on usage and storage conditions)

@@cookingcoza3031 thank you. It comes off inside the box... Doesn't it have a sleep mode to put on and leave it "sleeping" until any button is touched? Menu- set - time - sleep on -press upper button and he sleeps? Thank you for your reply and the video

@@stillalive-- it does have a sleep mode. Go to the "Set" menu and scroll through the option and you will see it.
You can turn it on by pressing any button or when you are in the water it will turn on automatically

Hi there, I'd to check of there's any alarm or vibration feature? For things like rapid accent and warnings. Hope to hear from you soon :)
