There are many affordable condos in Miami to buy, especially on Miami Beach! Love south of fifth district but also north beach and surfside are nice. Coconut grove I love too, but kinda depends what on what areas you hang out in. West Ave (Miami beach is fun too). PS I do youtube about Miami and I’m from TN, so definitely rare in south Florida! But my channel is quite small. There are other CZcamsrs in Miami, but most have latin channels. My friend’s sister has a beauty channel, Joanna Marie. She’s pretty big. But you are right, there aren’t many youtubers In Miami!
And yea 100% agree with you abt the workout thing and the plastic surgery all I got to say is keep it up love ur videos and you are so inspiring and also yea if I don’t workout in the morning I feel so sluggish like for the rest of the day
