- As our journey continues through the bayous of Louisiana our next stop was in Slidell to check out where the magic that takes place at @CoralVueTV Hydros Headquarters. To our delight we got to check out David D'Aquin amazing 1200- gallon floating display reef tank. David is the owner of CoralVue/Hydros and they have been manufacturing aquarium products for stores since In 2002 so this guy knows his stuff. This video shows a true testament to how beneficial it can be to plan the entire system out before building it, plus it shows all of the unique things you can do with a fully custom saltwater aquarium system & filtration project.

Saw this setup a couple weekends ago at the crawfish boil. The fish room is just as impressive as the display tank. That unicorn tang has to weigh 5lbs. lol Tank is amazing!

The support structure is industrial FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) secured with titanium and .316 stainless steel fasteners. It is secured to the floor with 28 ⅝" .316 stainless steel bolts 6" long.
