Just saw your video and I am quite impressed. Even I am quite confused between Meteor and Dominar as most of my friends are criticising me for even considering Dominar as I own a Classic 500. I dont want to let go my Classic Chrome 500 but I also need a comfortable and performance delivering motorcycle for my long tours. Let me know how happy you are with your Domi 😊

congratulations for your new bike and you did great choice , i did the same , I short out four bikes interceptor 650, CF moto 400, duke 390 and dominar 400 , and i choose Dominar 400 same color as you because of its price point and i added some performance modification (RaceDynamic's Powertronic and FuelX pro )

I have 2020 bs6 dominar 400 and I choose over Himalayan for same reason as yours. Bike is best but their service is worst. How is dominar service in bangalore? Do they use motul engine oil?
Popular bajaj in bannerghatta road is pretty good. Bajaj service centre not gonna use motul. At least for 3 services do not shift to other brands of engine oil it is not needed bro.

@@roninr8199 brother don't go for local as of it's a complex machine try to find a good service centre and if you are not satisfied with their service you can raise complaint .
@@abhishekbhattacharjee5931 nothing will happen. I tried 2 big showrooms in Chennai both were horrible. 2nd was worst. He just parked for 2 hours an said service done even though I was watching him. 😂😂
Imagine if I left and returned in evening. There are popular local mechanics who repair super bikes too like 1000 cc etc I use my bike only in highway so can't take any chance. For ecuupdate I think I have to go to Bajaj. No other ways
I don't believe in cancelling great bike just because of one showroom or because of one sales person. I think it is foolish to give up on bike just because one showroom guy was rude. You could have booked the bike and cancel booking after test ride if you don't like it.
I can understand what you are saying. And agree with you for the most part. However, I lost it when the sales person said it is 'OKay' for them if we ( yeah I wasn't alone) buy some other bikes. And, this happened on 'Test Ride Day'. A couple of people were called but then we were told eventually a test ride would happen but not sure when.
It was my 3rd visit for the test ride. I didn't get any special treatment bajaj as well. But at least they were willing to sell the product followed the SOP.
Yes it's lost opportunity for me and hero as well. Wrote them about it and dealership manager got in touch nothing happened after that 😕

@@ridewitharkoit will eventually get better as Hero is also serious about its flagship products but yes for the initial part some has to suffer and that's the trend.

I have to travel 2..3..times long distance more than 1000km in a year and daily use ... service/milaga in concern..and for longterm use
Both are equally good in their own way. But they are like North pole and South pole.
I can't give my opinion on this here. As I will have to type a long story but I will make a video on this. Stay tuned for next 3 to 4 days🙏🙏

if you need power for all terrian and you have choice meteor 350 and dominar 400 go for dominar 400 , remember meteor 350 have 20BHP and Dominar 400 have 40BHP

390x is 3.7L on road Bangalore which was again with accessories it will be 4. So, the same Himalayan arena. What's why I couldn't go ahead and saved 1 lakh.
Atleast we think opposite ❤ First i booked Himalayan 450 due to long wait i just cancelled and gone to dominar 400.

They will not reduce the money but agar aapko nahi chahiye to khol ke rakh sakte ho future use ke liye

Nope, there is a buzz b/w 50 to 80 KmPH but bikes gets smoother post 95kmph

Confusion with NS400 and him450
Both are poles apart in terms of money and motorcycling. NS400 is a naked sports bike whereas himi450 is an adv. Price wise you can buy 2 ns400s. If you need an adv and have the money go for himi.
I would suggest for RE Interceptor 650 alloy wheel version, a superb bike and also the price tag is tempting

I agree I almost fell for the int 650 as well. But the on road price of the alloy wheel version is 4.17L in Bangalore. Which puts me in Himalayan 450 range again. Plus you need to do quite a bit of modifications to make it pillion friendly. Again more money, more honey situation 🫠
But my heart will always be with that creamy juicy double cylinder engine 😍
@@ridewitharko also lesser mileage because of more power and high capacity engine. Yes int 650 can give you around 30 mileage but it's a rarity.
@@ridewitharko Deluxe touring seat is available for 5500 and it is superb for rider and pillion comfort, i am using interceptor 650 from 2019 and it is really a Gem, also tripper navigation can be installed which helps in remote areas. Dominar is also a great bike but the fuel economy it gives over 100 kmph is more or less equal to 650. I am getting 25-28 on Highways
@@suryateja2k11 Brother Dominar is also delivering almost same fuel economy. And 650 gives massive torque so you can pull the bike in lower revs easily.
