I can’t believe this exists! This is hilarious and really good in robot mode. That’s about it, the gun being the pen itself is great but the execution leaves something to be desired.
Compared to other novelty Optimus Primes he's not as interesting. He's not as silly like Sports Label Optimus or as cool as PlayStation Optimus. Though as a legends size representation he does the job better than other Primes of this scale.
I've heard that many of the cheaper ones that have been popping up lately are KO's. The faceplate coming off and loose joints are a hallmark of those KO's. I bought mine in 2014 after preordering on HLJ. And I have run it through its paces in the 3 years since then (check out #BadOptimus on Twitter to see much of what I've put mine through *shameless plug* :)) and have never had any joints pop off or face come off or tabs break or anything like that on mine even through many transformations.
It's not dirt, I dropped my phone and now my camera is missing a few pixels :( Really sux because I'm not ready for a new phone yet. Thanks for watching!
This is a bit like the Ravage pen drives I see popping up in my eBay and Amazon recommendations from time to time though those while still frail novelty items according to the reviews are far less expensive. For 65 bucks I'd probably get one or more proper transformers and stick to my normal pens.
Det. Bullock I didn't pay $65, I got him for a fraction of that. The point to this is not to have a functional pen, this is a terrible pen. The point is the novelty of it. For a Prime collector like myself, this is right up my alley and it has never been used as a pen. Thanks for watching!

That is a bootleg one the coloring of the box it is more the real one redder of a faded purpule and it has to many QC problems to pass as the real one watch compaison videos and you will se tge real on dose fall apart like that

this is a great toy, for kids and adults. i love this toy myself, my pen writes kinda weird, but the robot mode makes up for it.
