Tonight's Terrier Travels takes us to see a tramrail that was turned into a javelin, then we're back to Wales for fun at the Fairbourne Railway and fair at the funfair. My thanks to AlexGModelling and TrainofThought (@TrainFactGuy) for a fantastic day on the miniature railway. A memorable first visit.

I am a Subscriber. And I like the videos you make. Very informative. Also, maybe the next video could be about some of the BR diesels like the BR class 28.
how incredibly drippy
“I’ve just spent 20p for a rail strike.” is probably the funniest statement I’ve heard today.
there was a button on the side under the slot
Train of Thought looks like a kingly man
Looked at this comment and read ugly instead of kingly for a moment
3:00 theory: the blue cars owner parked there back in the 60s and has never been able to get it out

When I asked a while ago this was there response in email form :Hi , it’s true we are asked this question a lot, but we never mind answering it as shows interest. The fact is the section on the seaward side of the balloon loop the track is covered by sand daily. The Railway does not have the resources, manpower or finance’s to keep the track clear of sand enough to run trains. Another factor was the point at the beginning of the loop was worn out and would have cost several thousands of pounds to replace, at the time it was money the Railway didn’t have. As you say the track is still in place this means the loop is out of use and not abandoned and could be reinstated if needed. The other problem was, our carriages only have doors on one side, so if the train went around the loop when it got back to Fairbourne the passengers would hove to get off onto the track and not the platform. Hope this answers your question fully and thanks for the interest.
The Curse of the Were-Rabbit stuff was cool to see, especially after seeing it for the first time just last night.
