how on earth do you get 10K for a house??? And how do you plan said house? Show up n wing it or is there a program to plan them?
Ask them what colors they want, buy the lights, extension cords and all the tools you'll need, then scout out the house for the best places to tuck the wires away to make it look professional, then get up there and hope your ass doesnt slip

My assumption is Revenue, unless said "profit" it can always be assumed that the number made is revenue
