These are totally addictive. I could have conquered worlds in the time it took to watch the first 3 series. All in one go - all day. oh lawks!
For all you GOOD fans...this was shot at 55 Kewferry Rd Northwood, Middlesex UK. Both houses are visible on Google Earth street view virtually the same as in these episodes.
Jerry is the character find more interesting as I watch these again.
I love them all. I’m watching them again.
OMG.. the Posh Frock episode.. never forgot it.
Lol Margo: "How does one do it?"
Thought I'd seen all the episodes. Apparently this one's been hiding from me... Glad to have found it! :D
U nearly quoted Margo word for word: "Men can be insenstive beasts about weight-watching." From "The Green Door".
Tom still in his flares
i'm a girl - lol love Tom's reaction :D
08:55 it’s Barbara’s Fantasy Self where she still wants to be chic, even though she embraces the practicality of her actual life.
I understand how a woman feels when she has nothing special to wear anymore.
You know, it's only after watching these that I've come to realize that some episodes were edited for TV. I assume just for time, as nothing that was edited seems to be lewd in any way.
Margo's behaviour toward Barbara fixing the car was hilarious, and a bit pathetic seeing she's always on about girl power etc.
That’s pretty typical. Some of the most outspoken “girl power” types are completely useless when it comes to practical home maintenance skills
@starlight76able I think the irony, and the difference, is that in the first instance she offered and in the other instances she felt she was judged less than feminine and her services were offered up by Tom.
Tom Good isn't meant to be a nice man. He is meant to likable in spite of his unattractive traits.
after seeing one episode of the Young Ones I'm always disappointed when I don't see Vyvyan tearing through the flower
Tom's still just a little boy, isn't he? lol
@tunatallica Dont forget the row of ''collies'' (caulies) !!!!!!!
maybe barbara is being blokey!
No - my name is Stephen......
@Oldmusiclover2 Not if she was born in 1946. World War 2 finished a year before. Well?
all of us ?
Don't be silly Barbara, you're a woman...
Diud she not live through WW2 with most of the women in the WRENS or working in factories?
Men!!!
LOL MARGO "PLEASE DON'T FLARE YOUR NOSTRILS AT ME JERRY" PRICELESS!
