Interesting concept!! While in a game and shooting outside, does the player also perform the roll-up movement or only at the foul line?? Would like your comment??
The player demonstrating in the video is using two hands to release the ball ??

The roll up is just a practice activity but yes some use it at the free throw line. That is an individual preference.
