Sir, how often do I water my
Bourganvilla plants in a pot.
I have a plant which gives flowers between the leaves. The flowers have now all fallen down. Do I trim the branch. I call it squrell tail bourgenvilla
If I am not wrong, you have the Sunvillea Rose as I have recorded here (czcams.com/video/fabJNP8YF6Q/video.html) Sure, you can definitely prune the branches. I am also working on the same plant..and preparing to make it much fuller, thank you!
Hello, I live in Delhi and my bougainvilleas, I have 25, have lost all their leaves. Some are blooming and some are not. However, all are showing new growth but most of them have too many thin branches. Will it be alright if I prune them now to give them shape and get rid of the thin branches? Please advise.
Sure...please go ahead and give it a good shape by pruning. Spring, means now is the best time to do. But, some of my plants are still blooming and I would start doing it from March onwards (It's still cold here and I am from Guwahati). Also if possible, change the soil once (only if possible) That way, plants would grow very well during the growing time (Summer) and you would get lots of flowers from August end onwards. Depending on variety, you may also get flowers in Summer. Wish you all the best and you have 25 Bougainvillea plants, KUDOS to you!!! That's AWESOME!
I brought pinnk bougainvillea in May... The florist told be that the flower should blomm in April and i need to wait.... It is April and my bougainvillea still looks the same as before - no sign of ligfe... Just bunch of stiks... I water ir tegualy bud i dont know what to do? She's dead or alive?
Sir, I prune bougi in 23rd October, is it late, when I will get flowers, I gave organic ferti, and potash, any other things to do plz suggest ,
Nice video as usual...which is the bougainvillea variety at 4:00 minutes?
I was searching for your video where you said about the application of Agromin gold. But I couldn't find it. How can you help me?
Agromin Gold - 1ml in 1 liter water and I have said about this on this video - czcams.com/video/rhRWfr4GfVA/video.html
Thank you!
My bougainvillea which I had bought a few months back from a nursery has just one branch. It had a lot of flowers on this branch but now it is not blooming at all. What remedy should I apply?
It would...they take sometimes in between blooming cycle. Please try to feed your plant once and definitely it would bloom. Feel free to watch this video once - czcams.com/video/IS5AbRDFFA0/video.html
Sir, Is you have Vedeos of Bogainvilla from Initial Stage?
I have and please watch this - czcams.com/video/a7DaigaobRE/video.html
Though, I have provided many other tips as well. Thank you and Sir is not required actually!
How much bone meal should I mix in the soil for potted bougainvillea?
For one 8 inch wider and 8 inch deeper pot, 25-30 grams is more than enough (1 teaspoon = 5 grams) Please note - 7-8 inch pot (18-20 cm) = 1 gallon (4L) = 0.15 cu. ft. and 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons.
>> potted bougainvillea - Sorry, I didn't get exactly. I believe your plant is growing directly in the ground. In that case, you can easily apply 100-150 grams at once. Hope that helps, than you!
