GG Paste - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 6 + 1 tbsp (quantity changes)
Arrow Root / Corn Starch - 6 + 3 tbsp (quantity changes)
Water - 5 tbsp
Oil - to fry
For Spicy Sauce - Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Curry Leafs - 10
Dry Red Chilli - 4 cut karke
Green Chilli - 3 slit
Garlic - 6 cloves
Red Chili Powder (kashmiri / non spicy) - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Fresh - 2 tsp chopped
Spring Onion Greens - 1 tbsp chopped
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
