Bruno might have been the absolute best but realistically both Naranccia and Fugo did absolutely nothing, the 2 fights involving Naranccia could've been avoided if he wasn't an idiot and literally Fugo only had 1 scene and he represented more of a danger to the team than an asset.

@@KalleDemos666 One of the fights involving Narancia, specifically the Crush & Talking Head fight wasn't the fault of Narancia being dumb. I can see your statement against the Little Feet fight, but *not* Talking Head. Talking Head carried that fight for the enemy, and literally forced him to lie and be dishonest, which lead to misinforming his team and getting Giorno into serious trouble.
None of that was Narancia's fault. And before you say something dumb like, "Talking Head makes the victim say the opposite of what they're trying to say, so he should have tried to lie," no; Talking Head makes the user say the opposite of what they want the people around them to know. It won't change his words if he is intending to lie, because the intent behind the lie would be to make the stand force him to tell the truth, meaning he still intends to get the truth out. Talking Head forces misinformation.

Dude was so dedicated to the cause that he was willing to sacrifice himself during the train fight just like that and even pushed on after he "died" just so he could protect his crew and complete his goal. He 1v2ed two hitman members and even went up against the main villain on his own and managed to get away with Trish. It makes the loss of the characters who died from those parts felt that much more.

The teams of parts 3 and 4 are good, but they dont really have the best synergy and or coordination. For part 3 they split up too much and jotaro solves too many of the problems at hand, and for part 4 they kinda all split into their own separate sects that deal with their own brand of BS for the week and really only come together because of Koichi. The teams of parts 5 and 6 not only have some of the best synergy in term's of powers, personalities, and goals. Lisa Lisa had some huge clutch moments, though. You forgot that she slapped that Hamon training mask on Joseph, she threw him straight into Hell Climb Pillar, and then she immediately sent him to train with whatever their names are (idk they died one episode later). Immediately after this training, he was in a position where he could solo Esidisi. She later proved herself to be a worthy ally by ensuring that they weren't swarmed by an army of vampires PLUS the two remaining Pillar Men with a bluff. I feel like the only reason she failed against Kars was because she was not prepared to face an adversary as evil as he after seeing the honorable actions of Wamuu and the loyalty of Esidisi, it was certainly a surprise.
Caesar was quite important as he was the first person to show Joseph just how much he had to learn when it came to Hamon, and his different view of the world helped Joseph to grow as a person. His only mistake was made in anger, as he felt that he was alone in his battle when Joseph and Lisa Lisa couldn't tell him the words that he needed to hear. In his dying moments, he realized that he had made a terrible mistake, and he did the most he could with his fading life for those who remained.
Stroheim was a bro who was willing to sacrifice his own life to protect those around him should it be necessary, even going as far as to follow Joseph during the final battle against Kars despite the fact that he feared the Ultimate Lifeform. Also, German science is the best in the world, I guess.
Joseph is Joseph, I don't think I need to explain why the protagonist of Part 2 was an important part of the team.
So, with all of these factors taken into account, I think it's safe to say that the best team in JoJo was Part 5's team consisting of Giorno, Narancia, Mista, Trish, Abbachio, and Bucciarati.

Overall, chemistry has to be Passione. Aside from the fact that everybody's stand is incredibly powerful, they all have matchups throughout Vento Aureo that somehow work putting different personalities with each other. Like Trish and Bruno, Narancia and Giorno, Giorno, Fugo, and Abbachio, so on so forth. Part 6 at this point of the series has the most versatility and need for creativity. Weather Report and Star Platinum are straightforward, but you have to be very creative to be good with Diver Down, Foo Fighters, Kiss, or Stone Free, which I think was the fun with the Stone Ocean Gang so it's really a matter of preference

I think the biggest fault of Battle Tendency is that Joseph only really had Caeser to interact with, and their dynamic never changed. Caeser was just "Joseph's rival", and nothing else. In the other Parts, the bros had several other bros each with different personalities and traits to bounce off of and have different styles of interactions, which brings out more of their character.

I could not name you a single scene from part 6 where Ermes interacted with Weather Report. I think it makes sense for Part 5 to be on top of every other part here. In the other parts, all of the individual members of the teams are disparate people brought together overtime, as they bond with each other throughout the part. In part 5, Passione is already it's own team - Giorno didn't bring together a team, ultimately he's getting introduced into an already existing gang - quite literally. It makes sense that each member is a very competent individual in their own, and that their teamwork and core bonds are incredibly solid. In fact, for a good portion of the part, Giorno is taking a role that the teammates usually do - having to make that one tight success, or making that sacrificial move in order to give his team just the information and breathing room they need to succeed. Giorno is, for the most part, proving *himself* during a lot of part 5.

  • @g.vanimations700
    @g.vanimations700 Před rokem +5

Im willing to say Part 6 was the best team considering their upbringing, each and every single member of the group hold a crucial roll in the story, and despite their circumstances they were able to rise up against what were frankly imposible odds. No one in that team is interchangeable, and I mean that if by whatever reason one of them didn’t exist, everything would have went to shit, plain and simple. They all benefit from each other and compliment one another perfectly.
The reason I personally don’t place part 5 team as number one, is because if one of the characters were to be erased from the story, the gang would probably have succeeded anyway, with the only possible exception being Abachio but they still would have Trish to go and search for Diavolo, it would take longer but it could still realistically happen. Also there’s the fact that Giorno did kinda carry in many occasions, which in contrast to Jolyne that she had to relay and support other’s, she was still the foundation, but it allowed everyone to fit.
Also we have to be fair here, part 5 team was literally an already established and functional team with years of experience that were accompanied by Giorno and Trish, they already knew how to work with each other by default, Joestar plot armor was just an added bonus.
Part 6 team is a well oiled machine while part 5 would be more equivalent a fancy new car, it has equipment that certainly make things easier, but it could lack them and it still would be a functional car.

But team ability would be part 6 for sure, they played pass the torch and won

As a team, part 3 is very underrated and part 4 is very overrated...
Part 3 jotaro is the main character, sure, but he gets helped, guided and motivated by the others all throughout. Even when the others fail, often times their fight is what gives jotaro an opening to win. Also, in my headcanon, jotaro being aware it's possible to stop time with a stand (along with seeing brando do it) is what gives him the awareness to try and do something with it, resulting in the end in him unlocking the ability. Without the team's contribution, he wouldn't have been able to realize that he actually has this ability at all. But that's my headcanon, I get it.
Meanwhile part 4... josuke does everything, josuke is always clutch, josuke solves the most intricate situations, josuke wins often "despite" the others, not thanks to them. I like part 4, but reliable koichi memes aside, the team isn't really all that.

Part Four is underrated and is easily the most powerful combination of stands.
Echoes can do anything with sound effects, Love Deluxe is easily the most broken bound stand there is, Crazy Diamond can perfectly heal other people or change the structure of things to even the cellular level, Pearl Jam can heal even the worst diseases, The Hand can delete things or even concepts like text, Harvest is one of the most broken colony stands, Heaven's Door can literally rewrite people, and then they also have Star Platinum and all of its power.

Don't really see how Love Deluxe is so op, Crazy Diamond cant restructure things, its just that when Josuke is mad he fixes things incorrectly, and he cant do this on a cellular level as he cant cure diseases. And the Hand doesn't delete concepts, I'm assuming your referring to the sign, but its explained that he erased the middle of the sign and the 2 remaining parts were pulled together

    • @michaelcarlton1484
      @michaelcarlton1484 Před 11 měsíci +2

@@arknorth5581 I said that Love Deluxe was the most powerful BOUND stand. As in, a stand that inhabits an object. As shown in her various appearances in the part, her hair is able to stretch an insanely far distance and wrap around an entire house. Her hair also grows back extremely fast when damaged, meaning that the stand itself is pretty much invincible. You would have to attack Yukako herself, but that would be extremely difficult.
Crazy Diamond was able to fuse the users of Aqua Necklace and Enigma into a rock and a book, meaning he can manipulate the smallest bits of matter when he reconstructs things. Josuke's power is reconstruction, not just basic healing.
Like I said, Pearl Jam can heal diseases, so Josuke and Tonio can pretty much fully heal people aside from the dead. Rohan can even heal people mentally and change physical traits as well if he willed it. One one-shot, 'DNA', implies he could change someone's physiology by writing in them, he just chooses not to.
The Hand literally erases space and causes things to fill in that space. Hence how he affected the text outside his house. It's how he can grab things from a large distance or make himself seemingly teleport.
Harvest and Bad Company were in this part and both are extremely powerful colony stands since they can cover a massive range and accomplish very complex tasks. It also takes a lot of them being damaged to hurt the user. As shown with Harvest, they can also transport their user very quickly.
Star Platinum has time-stop and the extreme reflexes and precision.
There's also Hermit Purple and it's predictions, string powers, and Hamon conductivity.
Part 4 is easily the most powerful cast of characters.

In my unbiased opinion, Part 6 had the best team by far. Jolyne was super good at cooperating and coordinating with other people, even those whom she had just met, she quickly adapted with their skills and could develop a plan on the fly. Not to mention, part 6 is probably one of the few teams that had active collaboration between each member. With Part 4, sure they came in clutch with their teamwork a couple of times, but overall, Josuke's teammates were more of a liability than a boost. Both koichi and okuyasu were inexperienced and only really pulled small clutches when they were in a team. In Part 5, almost everyone was at each other's throats. Giorno, mista, bruno and narancia were working as an actual team, but were often very inefficient as individuals, with only some personal clutches in between to make them seem valuable as characters. In part 3, each member was so capable in their team that they would often take opponents down singlehandedly or in small pairs.
With most of these teams, there seems to be an imbalance in contribution, making it hard to discern how effective the team is. Like in part 5, members were intelligent but had such incredibly different powers that they were hard to mesh together. However, with the part 6 team, I never felt an imbalance in the contribution of each member. Even jotaro, who was gone most of the time, made such insane strides on behalf of the team when he was present. I feel like part 6 is also the team with the least amount of loss. With other groups, you see members die or grow apart from their team, especially when their goal is over, but thanks to Emporio, they only suffered one casualty and the group stayed together.

I’d say that (out of anime only because if I counted manga I would be unfairly biased to Steel Ball Run) part 5 has the best team. SPOILERS
Giorno - he learned and became better with Golden experience and learned how to heal injuries, literally ripped off his hand with almost no hesitation during Notorious B.I.G., achieved requiem, his power came in clutch several times like when Giorno and Mista got the jump on Sale by going ahead of the boat, BEAT BABY FACE AND THE USER ALONE
Bruno - amazing leader, got Giorno into Passione, his zippers are incredibly useful in a variety of situations, he literally kept fighting after he was already dead, he also beat Pesci and prosciutto and UNZIPPED HIS OWN HEART TO DO SO
Abbachio - Moody Blues is an amazing support stand and without it the gang wouldn’t have been able to get diavolo’s message inside the turtle, he kept on fighting just to get the key away from illuso even after his body was split in half, if not for abbachio then the gang would have never known what the boss looked like
Fugo - he was only in one fight but he did good in said fight… he gets much better in Purple Haze Feedback
Mista - his stand is simple but incredibly effective, he has had bullets on the verge of hitting his brain at least twice and couldn’t give less of a shit about it, number 5 saved Bruno with the ice cube when he fought Prosciutto and Pesci, he was the reason that they beat Ghiacco, stopped Sale on his own, and he was so down for his crew that when narancia thought some random dude was an enemy he got up and started beating the shit out of the guy without hesitation
Narancia - he may be a little simple but he’s absolutely brimming with determination, Aerosmith’s tracking ability is crazy useful, he beat for Formaggio alone while he was shrinking AND SET AN ENTIRE STREET ON FIRE DOING SO, he has incredible investigative skills as seen against Tizano and Squallo as he pinpointed where they were in a crowd of people and figured out who in the crowd they were without ever having seen them, he saved Giorno’s life by himself from Tizano and Squalo and that’s without mentioning that HE CUT OUT HIS OWN TOUNGE TO DO SO… Volare via
Trish - she absolutely did NOT have to help in any way shape or form and the gang made sure she knew and despite the fact that she was essentially a bystander who didn’t have to be involved and who could have just kept her head down she didn’t, her soul itself knew that she wanted to help the gang and without her Giorno would have lost both of his hands and they would have never escaped Notorious B.I.G., Spice Girl was a wonderful addition to the team, and Trish is the sole reason the gang was able to get so close to the boss so quickly
I can see any arguments for the stone ocean cast, but the way I see it the gang is more experienced has more trust and is willing to sacrifice so much more just to come an inch closer to winning
The gang just has more resolve than the stone ocean crew…. Jolyne’s resolve when chasing Pucci was on the same level if not higher than the gang though (Jolyne vs Rikiel)
No hate to stone ocean I actually love part 6 and I adore the cast of part 6 but I just think that part 5 had a better team

I’ve always wondered, how do the jojos all compare in strength and combat ability when comparing them based on how they were before the climax of their part, basically I mean Jotaro before he could stop time, normal Josuke, Giorno before Requiem, normal Jolyne, Johnny with Tusk Act 3, and Josuke before Go Beyond

I feel like Caesar should definitely be up there. Not exactly a clutch moment, but in his last moments he gave his power to Joseph like his grandfather did before him, along with taking Wammu’s piercing so that Joseph could live.

I get it. Parts 5 and 6 had team members that contributed with each other while Part 3 was mostly everybody doing their own thing. Part 4 had good characters but it didn’t feel like they were actually on a team. Hayato was the biggest team player, and like you said, we may or may not count him.

I feel like they had to kill Foo Fighters when the story wanted Weather to get more involved. Him making permanent rain in battlefield would basically let FF just run around being an unstoppable special needs gunman.
