I don't put preservative in mine when is in an airtight container you are good to go.
Mine last for 3 to 4 week and as you are just starting do it little by little to know your customers first.

No i didn't but if you wan to add i advice you add little which is 1/8tsp to this recipe

Put it in a very airtight container it will remain crunchy if air did not enter

Make sure you seive the essence flour with your seive

It may be in ur mixing, mix ur sugar to melt very well before mixing.
Don't use tight bowl for your peanut make sure their is space.

Is on the heat don't let ur oil over hot before frying and immediately is get brown bring it down because it get dark as you bring it down. I hope this helps

The last thing you used to coat was flour thats why. Use egg to coat lastly or your sugar syrup.
