Here’s a short peek at Kamala’s TUMMY TIME!
Tummy time is advocated by most doctors for your little ones. It is when you place your baby on his or her stomach while your baby is awake, under adult supervision. Tummy time is important as it aids prevent flat spots on the back of your baby's head, makes neck and shoulder muscles stronger so your baby can start to sit up, crawl, and eventually walk. Hope this is informative to new parents out there.

എന്റെ ഇരട്ട മക്കൾക്ക് 24 വയസ്സ് പ്രായം ഇപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ട അവരെ പ്രസവിച്ച സമയത്ത് അന്നത്തെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പീഡിയാട്രീഷ്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു അവരെ കമഴ്ത്തി കരുതിയാൽ മതി എന്ന് രണ്ട് കുട്ടികളും 2 500 തൂക്കം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഇവർ കമിഴ്ന്നു കിടക്കുന്നത് കണ്ട പലരും പേടിയോടെ കൂടെ ഞങ്ങളെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു പക്ഷേ ഡോക്ടർ പറയുന്നതുപോലെ ഞങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ചു ഒരുപാട് ഗുണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായി കുട്ടികൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുകയില്ല പിന്നെ പിന്നെ വേഗം കമിഴ്ന്നു തല നല്ലപോലെ ഉറച്ചു വേഗം എട്ടാം മാസത്തിൽ എഴുന്നേറ്റ് നടന്നു തുടങ്ങി ഒറ്റയടി വെച്ച് അങ്ങിനെ ഒരുപാട് ഗുണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായി കമഴ്ത്തിക്കിടത്തി അതിന്റെ പേരിൽ അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ എല്ലാവരോടും പറയാറുണ്ട് കുട്ടികളെ കമഴ്ത്തി കിടത്തുക എന്ന് ആരും തന്നെ കേൾക്കാറില്ല എല്ലാവർക്കും ഭയമാണ് പക്ഷേ എന്റെ ഇരട്ടക്കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വളരെ വളരെ സഹായകമായിരുന്നു അന്നത്തെ ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞതു പോലെയുള്ള കിടത്തിയത് കൊണ്ട്

ചേച്ചി എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ 28 വയസ്സുണ്ട്. അമ്മ പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നെയും ന്റെ ചേട്ടനെയും അന്നത്തെ പേടിയാട്രിഷൻ ജനിച്ചപ്പോൾ മുതൽ കമഴ്ത്തി കിടത്താൻ പറഞ്ഞതെന്ന്. ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ മകളെയും അമ്മ പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് അങ്ങിനെയാണ് കിടത്തിയത് അവൾക് ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുംമില്ലെങ്കിൽ പോലും എനിക്ക് പേടിയായിരുന്നു. അവൾ ന്യൂബോർണിൽ തന്നെ കമിഴ്ന്നു കിടന്ന് തല ലെഫ്റ്റ് ടു റൈറ്റ് ചെരിച്ചു വക്കുംമായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോളത്തെ പേടിയാട്രിഷൻ ഇതിനെ പ്രൊമോട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല കുട്ടികളിൽ sudden death ഉണ്ടാവാൻ ഇടയാകുന്നു എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്
My doctor told me to start tummy time since first week itself. I was very afraid of that. But my sister is a physiotherapy doctor in abroad and she encouraged me to give tummy time at least 5 mints in the first month..then we gradually increased tummy time and I gave toys to play to encourage my baby to be in tummy time. It's very very important to make baby's muscles of stomach,thighs and neck stronger. Also my baby got relief from gas problems too..

ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഒത്തിരി സന്തോഷം തോന്നി... ❤️എൻ്റെ മോൾക്ക് tummy time കൊടുക്കാറുണ്ട്, pediateition suggest ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ, വീട്ടിൽ മുതിർന്നവർ എന്നെ വഴക്കു പറയും...എങ്കിലും കുഞ്ഞിന് അത് ഇഷ്ടമായത് കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്😀 ആദ്യമൊക്കെ കുഞ്ഞ് തല ചെരിച്ചു കിടക്കും, പിന്നെ മെല്ലെ തല പൊക്കി വെക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി... ഇപ്പൊൾ മോൾ 2.5 month ആയി. എൻ്റെ മൂത്ത കുട്ടിയുടെ സമയത്ത് tummy time ഒന്നും കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നു. അവൻ കമഴ്ന്ന് വീണത് 6 മാസം aayapol ആണ്. പക്ഷേ മോൾ അധികം താമസിയാതെ സ്വയം കമഴ്ന്ന് വീഴും എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു...gastric problems ഒക്കെ കാരണം കരയുമ്പോൾ കമഴ്ത്തി കിടത്തിയാൽ ഉടനെ തന്നെ കരച്ചിൽ നിർത്താറുണ്ട്.. 😀
എന്റെ മോൻ ക്ക് ഭയങ്കര ഇഷ്ടം ആണ് അങ്ങനെ കിടക്കാൻ 😍😍
