    Congratulations you got the same as a store, very good! How is the mechanism where the pipes begin to get inside each other? How do you bring those pipes? Does the gearbox have an axis inside that camo? Thank you very much I would like to try to build one from Argentina!

      Nagyon sok hasonlo szerkezet van a vilagon, sajnos mernok letemre nem rajzoltam, hanem barkacsoltam, megpedig hulladekbol, es lepesrol lepesre haladva meglett...Mindeesetre praktikus, kis helyen elfer. Ket csiga reduktor egy Merci busz ajtonyito szerkezetebol, ket menetelt szar es anya...a tobbi csak butykoles es turelem. Ha udvarhelyen jarsz barmikor megnezheted, a lenyegesebb mereteket kozlom, ha erdekel.

    Could you give me some basic details?
    Thread size and resistance on inner bar, outer tube?
    The materials?
    Measurements?
    I would love to make one of these myself as I have 2 cars and 2 vans ... would be amazing

      Look in the comments and answers, but here"s a sample...material: steel, the most basic one.Worm reductors from a scraped Mercedes bus, the door opening system. Gear ratio 37/1. Two threaded shafts (rectangular thread, 16x4, as far as I remember...The rest is elbowgrease.

      I'm not that good is spanish, but yoy don't need any manual to build it, I've made it from scrap. Worm reductors from a scraped Mercedes bus, the door opening system.
      Gear ratio 37/1. Two threaded shafts (rectangular thread, 16x4, as far
      as I remember...The rest is elbowgrease.

    what was the specifications of the worm reductions? like the maximum torque that they can support and things like that.

    • @balojan-eugen6518
      @balojan-eugen6518  Před 7 lety +2

      I'm a mechanical engineer myself, made no calculations, just elbowgrease...It's easy to calculate some things (gear ratio 37/1, screw M 16/4 mm...the rest is easy, piece of cake if you are student. Anyway, they are small reductors, taken from a scrap bus door opener, german made. The input shaft it's about 10 mm, you should be able to calculate the rest, it's classical...

    And about the screws profiles, are they trapezoidal, or common ones?

    • @balojan-eugen6518
      @balojan-eugen6518  Před 7 lety +1

      Simply square one, but I bet that a normal metric M 16 will do the job, for a normal use (home usage, not industrial, like in a workshop)

    • @balojan-eugen6518
      @balojan-eugen6518  Před 7 lety +1

      If you watch, there is a chain on each side, attached near the reductors,the other end can be attached at the bearing axle, the second nut, wich can be easily screw/unscrew by hand....(0:42 for instance)

      A reduktorok egy Merci busz ajtonyito mechanizmus reszei, az orsok szabvanyos 20-as szogletes (negyzet keresztmetszetu) menetelt szarak+anyak. En a FAG uzletben vasaroltam, szekelyudvarhelyen. Nagyon jol ment, kicsi furopisztollyal is fel lehetett emelni a kocsit, meg ha lassabban is...Kb. egy eve szetbarmoltam, kellettek a reduktorok mashova...

      mi serve sapere il meccanismo che lo regola I need to know the mechanism that regulates it

    • @balojan-eugen6518
      @balojan-eugen6518  Před 7 lety

      As you can easily see, there is no regulating mechanism. The two worm reductors are identical (37/1), the two screws alike, so there is only the shaft that connects the two reductors. When i use the drilling machine, I engage both reductors with the same speed.
