2 Day days up the blue mountains staying in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. All shots filmed with the dji mavic pro in 4k. these are all raw files. Enjoy

This is absolutely breathtaking. I love those backwards flyaway shots where the ground drops away revealing a sheer cliff.
That is definitely the shot you want to get on a waterfall. Beautiful place.
This is 15mins up the road, yet I never get tired of looking at this footage.

20 yrs ago I work for Sydney Water and use to drive below the 3 sisters (3 rock outcrop shown) , was 40 min drive down cliff faces , 2 creek crossings on fire trails from Mt Victoria to Sth Katoomba waste water (now gone) picked up many lost bushwalkers heading wrong way and walking deeper into the bush. You can not see the sky when down below and is very easy to get lost around there. can see in video fire trails still look clear in the distant.
What a beautiful clip of some wonderful place on Earth.

Great to see footage of landmarks that I've been familiar with for the majority of my life but from different angles. As a local who lives in the area, my only issue was seeing people past the barriers. The waterfalls can be extremely slippery, and far to many people have gone over the edge of waterfalls in the mountains. The image at 2:45 was mad! If anyone thinks it's okay to ignore the signs and get past the barriers, talk to those who have to do body recoveries. They collect what's left of people who thought it was okay too!

This is AWESOME! I was in the Blue Mountains in Nov, but they told me no drones. I wish I had just flown, but I had my phantom 4 - not my Mavic. It's harder to be covert with the Phantom.
After I saw your video, I travelt from Melbourne to Sydney, then I was unlucky I went three days in the blue mountain with my drone, it was windy foggy, and raining put I enjoy with your video

Blue Mountains electric train on Blue Mountains Line from Central Station, Sydney to Katoomba and check with other tourists or research tourism about good places to go and there 's a trolley bus which runs continuously to places to set down tourists. Please don't walk on river rocks as you see in the video. Tourists take chances they shouldn't and some pay with their lives. Realize the drone operator sends the drone where he can't go himself. Enjoy and good luck.

Wow, awesome footage, best I have seen from videos from the Mavic pro on youtube, I'm in Perth and have been waiting since October to get my hands on a Mavic and still waiting.! Any tip would be great on filming such great shots, great work.
If you know the area then picture what you want before you do it. Create edits in your head when your listening to music. Always shoot on 4K and always have fun with it

why is compared to the phantom 4 pro the video is not as good on the mavic?
it seems like its a bit blurry sometimes when you look at the trees for example
Maybe the video settings on the P4P are much more automatic and better than the mavic?

David García Arévalo I found out after that I wasn’t meant to fly. So I would just take off from places where’s there’s not many people. Or just do it and say didn’t know. It’s to beautiful not to fly there
