very informative video. there is no such video on CZcams. I will have to check my activa about this portion. really nobody looks after the pivot arm. as your pivot arm was rusty so u have replaced it. but suppose it is not required to replace then how to clean it, by petrol or water
Always use petrol and small brush to clean such parts. First wipe off the Parts with paper /old cloth ,then clean the remaining dirt with petrol.

In manual its written the pipe coming from air filter (transparent pipe) clamp of that pipe should be removed and all dirt from crankcase should be removedd

Jupiter mai telescopic type suspension hai. Aapko usko fit kaarnai kai liyai mastro mai bahut saara modifications karna paadegga. Which will be very costly and impractical.

Sir, i commented you before few days regarding noise in activa HET after 40kmph. This noise is different and decreases the smoothness while ridding. Its like pushing to upward direction from feet side and engine side. Is it causing due to arm bush issue?. Please let me know
Defective arm bush gives problem of unbalanced Handling . You will feel as if your front wheel is not in your control.
Please check your pivot shaft and it's bushes.Loose or worn out pivot arm bush sometimes gives such vibration issue in Activa.
Tell about small pipe going from transmission of activa to above

Do balancing of your wheels. Unbalanced wheel make such problem.

Then you have to open it as I have shown in video.Before opening check it ,whether it is moving freely or not. If it's smooth, no need to unnecessarily open it. Occasional lubrication is more than enough.

Agar handle kai bearing mai problem hogi to aapko turn kaarnai mai slightly heavy feel hogga handle. Handle one side drag karegga .
