The nationwide search for the next superstar kicked off in August as the Idol Bus traveled covering 23 cities across the country. Auditioning was made easier than ever as hopefuls also had the opportunity to submit audition videos online as well as via select social media platforms using an official tag The Next Idol cultivating over 300,000 posts. Also for the first time in “American Idol” history hopefuls had the opportunity to audition through a livestream platform.

Yeah I can't stand her! She was so cringey on the show, and couldn't sing! You can hear how much vocal support she was getting when she was singing. Yuck! Inside and out she is not it! 🤑🤢🤢🤮🤮
@@Ariels888 hot take. Not sure why everyone hates her? Her channel gets so much hate and dislikes that I feel bad. As "Idol" material, I don't think she fits in..However, she is incredibly gifted with a unique voice..I like it, can't figure out why nobody else does.

Some covers don't fit her vocals. Which is why american idol doesn't work for all singers. If you go on her page and here her sing her own songs, they sound absolutely beautiful.

To say that she has a beautiful voice is an understatement. As another reviewer mentioned, “she sound too airy.” It’s like she’s trying too hard so it comes off very forced. It could also be that she’s trying to put her own twist to the songs by making her voice like that. I’ve seen her sing other songs on 90 days fiancé and she sounds much better. But she definitely have the look. Very old Hollywood glam and such natural beauty. She has the potential to make it far.

The end of her singing sounded like a yawn. She has a good voice, but the breathy singing has to go. It sets me on edge...and not in a good way.
