Great video. My husbands cousin Bruce wrote Friday the 13th Part 5. He came out to California just before sadly passing away back in 2009. He signed our Laser Disc copy, it is really cool. When he was visiting us, his best friend from film school came to see him and take him to lunch. I was invited to join them from the friendly visitor but I was unable and it turned out to be the man who won the academy award for sound on Titanic. After cousin Bruce passed away, he had gotten bad lungs and a disease from being around 9/11. I had to break the sad news to Bruce’s best friend Marc from Titanic. We ended up being Facebook friends and it is fun to see fun Hollywood events. Cousin Bruce only got $30,000 for the Friday the 13th Part 5 and he used it for a down payment on his house. Just some FYI.

92-93. I was living life back then and my optimism was driving. Some good times a great freinds.i loved this movie back then. I can remeber renting it from our local movie gallery rental store on VHS

I would imagine the location where the camp crystal lake sign barely hung on the sign, was probably the same road where the canyon ranch was? Where the kids get outta the jeep. Nice video!

The first Tampa Jay video that was ever recommended to me was the Friday The 13th filming locations in late 2020, so Friday The 13th and recommendations based on my searching for Friday The 13th stuff is responsible for my becoming aware of the existence of this channel and Jay.

Great video on JGTH and for The Dream Master too! It is great that you got permission to film where the beginning of JGTH took place. It is interesting how the diner isn’t there anymore. It is very odd how the third version of Springwood High School has changed especially for the parking. Any plans on doing at least Dream Warriors, The Dream Child, Freddy’s Dead and New Nightmare locations in the future?

And the Voorhees house...in the movie, they make it seem like it's out in the middle of nowhere, but that neighborhood is by no means in the middle of nowhere.
