#ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is the pleasant and almost-euphoric physical sensation often described as a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli. Popular sound triggers include softly spoken or whispering voice, tapping, brushing, and crinkles. Popular visual triggers include hand movements, personal attention, and light. ASMR videos are meant to help you sleep, relax, meditate, focus, and study, and for some people it can temporarily reduce anxiety and PTSD.

I'd lost my tingles months ago (watched SO MANY medical role play videos) and i'd only get them when I'm lying down and have earphones on, but it took me less than 3 minutes of watching your video to get the asmr tingles I thought I'd never get back!
