Drac is back and he’s ready to take a bite out of the Big Apple! DRACULA, A Comedy of Terrors is a Bram-new comedy that New Yorkers can really sink their teeth into. Filled with clever wordplay and anything-goes pop culture references, it’s a 90-minute, gender-bending, quick-changing, laugh-out-loud reimagining of the gothic classic, perfect for audiences of all blood types.
In the treacherous mountains of Transylvania, a meek English real estate agent takes a harrowing journey to meet a new and mysterious client, who also just happens to be the most terrifying and ferocious monster the world has ever known: Count Dracula! As famed female vampire hunter Jean Van Helsing and company chase Drac from Transylvania to the British countryside to London and back, their antics are guaranteed to increase your pulse and cause bloodcurdling screams-of laughter.
Gordon Greenberg (director of Guys & Dolls in the West End starring Rebel Wilson) and Steve Rosen (a five-time Drama Desk Award nominee) co-created this spooky new comedy, with Greenberg directing Dracula, A Comedy of Terrors off Broadway at New World Stages. The one-act play boasts a busy cast of five, including James Daly as Count Dracula and Jordan Boatman, Arnie Burtman, Andrew Keenan-Bolger, and Ellen Harvey as an ensemble swapping costumes and parts faster than you can say, “I vant to suck your blood.”

I saw Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors tonight (11-30), really enjoyed it. So fun seeing such a greatly talented cast chew the scenery to great comic effect!

Ahh fantastic vid ! I totally agree, I feel the UK needs more multi theatre spaces. I know Edinburgh is trying it (especially with how busy the Fringe is getting) but I'd kinda like so see it be a more common thing.

I love the small intimate theatres, something special about the atmosphere they create - definitely would like to see more.. Wanted to go to Broadway to see Sweeney Todd before Josh G leaves, but a hard trip to make on a budget - do you think there’s any chance he may do a short spell in UK? That would be so amazing ..
