A th8 player can three star all these bases even if he has an average attacking skill.From my experience in coc I have never missed a 3star on townhalls below 11 rather than connection losing or accendental deployment of troops on wrong area.You can three star all these bases.If you need to focus on defence goto th13 or above. Even Th9 Th10,Th11,Th12 can be tripled easily with witch armies with support of siege machines no matter what the base is.I have experience on my bases and the bases that I had attacked.

For me:
Overall both war and home, no. 7 is the best choice
Explanation: depends on how your enemy attacks, but base no 7 is the strongest when the enemy does an air attack (which is often), since the air defences are separated from both wizard and archer tower with the clan casle near the townhall aiding it from any incoming enemies trying to take it down, it's also good for home village as it actually protects some portion of the loot inside the base (storages)

​@@harshilpanchal2007It's easy with dragons too because you can carry 8 lighting spells at th8 now.7 from spell factory and 1 from cc and destroy 2 air defences.Then only one left and it's useless because of you can use ballons from your cc and can destroy it in no time.No base can counter this attack at th8 since there are no inferno towers and xbows.They are the defences that take down dragons at higher townhalls.Air defences can be zapped due to their low hit points.I say this from my experience in playing coc in multiple accounts for years.
