We all try to be others' therapist at times. It shows you care for others. I love it.
I have had good experience with daylight lamps against SAD.
Think of a 8x12 ft room with 5 x 40W compact CFL lamps - with a wide spectrum (inclusive a bit of UV, 5 bands). Though I think it worked mostly by being very bright.
In the corridor it looked like the sun was shining through the windows on the other side … at midnight! A game had birdsong as background and my partner (half awake) thought it was day for a moment. Still helped for years after it was gone (moving …), gotta set it up again at some point.

Good idea, except … the “right” route is to confess your sins on your deathbed and accept Jesus/God as your saviour. Being a good person is neither necessary nor enough. Being a monster in life is fine … just repent (to God, not the ones you wronged) and accept the saviour just before you die.
That is, according to the “experts” claiming to speak for God and referring to cherry-picked parts of the Bible. (Preachers, apologists, theologians, …)
Assuming you are talking about most of the many thousands versions of Christianity.
Sorry about that - maybe you can find a church where being a decent person is actually important.

About the rabbit, never wash a rabbit. A rabbit washes itself. If the rabbit stinks, you should clean their cage. A rabbit naturally doesn't stink (at least when their cage is clean.) Rabbits can die from shock and a rabbit screaming is in a very high amount of shock. Also, if you want easy cleaning, put a litterbox in their cage with hay in it, they will poop and pee there.
In Los Angeles we have weed 🤙🏽so that's what we're on. Well most are on fentanyl and meth but there's those few of us who are ok with just herbal medicine 🙌🏽
