- International Tibet Youth Forum, organised by Department of Information and International Relation (DIIR) of Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) is concluded today.
With key objectives of ‘empowering voices and inspiring action for Tibet’s future’, a hundred plus Tibetan youths from 16 different countries are participating in the convention.
No need to worry now as we have these youngsters as our assets. Our future seems 💪 strong
It's good to see many young educated Tibetans come to gather. They have concern for Tibetan struggle for freedom. Great hope for Tibet. 👍

I am concerned with the organizer not having deeper analysis of these participants because most of them saying that they dont have any expectation and so it seems like they are here for socializing which is not the objective of this event. need more info here on this...

This is a nepo conference. Many genuine patriots did not know about it until it happened. # transparency
not to undermine the honest responses from each and every participant in this interview, it is very sad to witness everyone just speaking English. As a Tibetan myself, I feel that once we cease to speak, read, and write Tibetan, so many ideas, facts, and cultures of Tibet will be erased eventually. When that time comes, Tibet's cause would not be the same anymore. Once we lose our identity, which is our lifeline, we won't be any different from other people.
Most of the interviewees are more comfortable speaking in Tibetan than English, but were explicitly asked to talk in English to reach a broader audience.
I think all Tibetans, in India, Tibet and other places will one lose the ability to speak their language. The ones live outside Tibet will lose first. Sad.
There was a big hue and cry about the 5/50 conferences being a waste of money. So how is this different from 5/50 ?

English excellent because international Tibet issue in English. nowing Tibetan is v less in the world more ever we know our issue but international propoganta English is the best. Through this campaign world knows Tibet issue, Tashi Select.
