SPIFF Vs God - Civilization 6 Is A Perfectly Balanced Game With No Exploits

- Welcome To The Impossible Civ 6 Game where I create the ultimate apocalypse mode where there is constant wildfires, earthquakes, meteors, floods and city destroying comets. Have you ever tried to settle a city but cant because your settlers instantly burst into flames as soon as they step out of your city? What about trying to do a civ war but your entire army just stood on top of the worlds largest earthquake. The result is a perfectly balanced game. This is without a doubt the most hostile and dangerous civ world I have ever created so why not give it a go!
Today the game is going to become a hardcore and impossible game so no amount of infinite gold and science exploits that are overpowered and break the game will ultimately make a difference when everything you build can be burnt down each turn! So sure you can do your civ 6 deity challenge with the new civ 6 leader pass or instead you could survive the impossible game!
What you have seen here today is part of a fantastic perfectly balanced memes series on youtube where I go from game to game and break them with wacky exploits to gain things like unlimited gold and infinite money all in a fantastic montage. If you enjoyed this then be sure to check out more. The style is similar to RT game and callmekevin in parts. A large influence on this series has come from Valefisk and The Killian Experience.

Title: The Impossible Civ 6 Game - Civilization 6 Is A Perfectly Balanced Game With No Exploits
#game #impossible #exploit - Hry
*Just one more turn... Of absolute suffering*
Ah _yes_
Some just want to watch the world burn….
Are you gonna apologize for the established titles scam?
Gotta love how it's planned to go live at the best time of day... Tea-time 🍵🍿
Are you doing Jingle Jam this year?
the reason you kept getting hit by comets, is that the 4 tile comets only target land tiles. and you were the only one with land tiles.
So building flood walls was his demise lmao.
@@tinu7551 That's some fecking greek tragedy stuff right there xD
If that was the case, how were the underwater capitals of the other remaining civs sunk by comets in the end?
@@MrTaucher007 The cities still count as land tiles despite flooding, it's the surrounding land that gets eliminated. As such they could lose cities to direct hits, but as Spiff had much more land than they did he ate the vast majority of meteors.
@@MrTaucher007 there's two types of comets. there's one that only targets cities and destroys only one tile, those can hit even flooded cities. then there's ones that can target any 4 tile land area, they can destroy cities if they happen to hit the tile, but don't target them, and they only target land areas that have the 4 tiles in the right shape. so all of the second kind of comet targeted him, which meant that even though they don't target cities directly, they ended up incidentally destroying all his cities anyway
Love how despite Spiff's efforts, the comets just were like: nah, fuck you in particular
Its so bad I suspect foul play.
I'm pretty sure it's because the ai had no tiles left so the comets were almost guaranteed to land on his
@Vicatoren But then why did Istanbul get hit at the end? They were the first city to be submerged lol
@@huntermagnuson8062 the ai did have a few tiles each where their cities were. These could also be hit, but only rarely since there were so few.
It's just karma striking back from flooding the world.
Spiff: “We’re actually doing rather well.”
Comet: “…and I took that personally.”
"Who could have predicted destroying the world would also destroy me !" -Spiff
the ottomans winning the game for exactly one turn before getting obliterated was the best part lmao
Sounds like a Door Monster Civ Sketch, the world was being destroyed by comets sent in by Suliman all before one more comet ends up destroying him.
Damnit spoilers! Why did you have to be the most voted comment!? Lol
@@phoenixrising763 someone needs to teach those damn crabs a lesson.
@@uhthin Ah, sorry.
It really was
Spiff: *builds giant walls to negate floods*
Game: air strike it is.
If land invasion is stymied, then warheads on foreheads is a sound backup strategy.
I thought the game was deliberately punishing Spiff for destroying the environment but no, it turns out comets just target land tiles and only Spiff had cities above water.
A multiplayer game of this would be a riot. Please make it happen.
all this disasters are already too laggy in single player, would be literały unplayable
Spiffing Brit: Valefisk Edition
@@kusy2130Well yes, but its be gloriously unplayable
A riot and a half mate, I second that 😂
If you do please, please, include CallmeKevin, that would be hilarious! And Joov....
I see Spiffing Brit doing some Civ 6.
Me: "You have my curiosity."
It's a full on apocalypse map challenge.
Me: "You have my attention."
he immediatly wins flawlessly
me: YOU HAVE MY FULL RESPECT
Imagine the portal of the legendary a
I an idiot what were they call the disaster causeing people
Hello
@@tadadoterson6147 hi
I mean power not portal auto correct
i feel the Mauri would be OP in this game mode
>start in the ocean
>watch as everyone else is set on fire, flooded and hit by big space rocks
>your capital is just 2 guys and a camel on a boat
Why would the mauri have camels
@@douggaudiosi14 because they're great swimmers, duh
What's a Mauri?
Hi. Do you know in the XML files, where you can change the parameter that you can settle your city in the ocean or coast?
@@Scooty_Scooty When the moon hits your eye
Like a big pizza pie, that's a Mauri
I love that after so many episodes of Spiff breaking Civ 6, this time is Civ 6 breaking Spiff lol
Gotta say, I do love episodes like this. As much as I love watching the Spiffing Brit be smug and break games in half, it's also satisfying to watch him foisted on his own hubris.
It's like the rare times we got a Looney Tunes cartoon where Bugs Bunny meets a worthy opponent, and he finally gets a taste of his own medicine.
Today we discovered that flooded tiles don't seem to get struck by meteors. Ironically by protecting yourself from the sea, you doomed yourself to an unending rain of hellfire.
Imagine if The Spiffing Brit played a chaotically inbalanced game with numerous exploits.
Sounds like a typical Tuesday to him.
Skyrim?
As an indonesian,I'll have to say that spiff got a very fluent indonesian accent especially when pronouncing majapahit,he should've received free tea packages from the indonesian gov
Spiff: *mods the game into oblivion*
Also Spiff: "wHaTt iSs tHisSs GaAaAaaaAmE?!"
To be fair astroid spread seemed completely targeted
When spiff helps *the game* to do the exploiting...
Spiff, my brother in Christ, *you* made the game mode
@@etho7351 Might have something to do with the fact that he controlled 95% of the worlds land
E
The comedic timing of that.
"We WON!"
*Impending doom approaches*
"Well GG."
The last thought on Suleman's mind on the eve of his victory as an asteroid streaks towards them...He regrets banning crabs.
Spiff: *gets hit by a comet, panic a bit but is otherwise fine*
The game: "Well then... What will you do about the second one, Spiff?"
Madara??
"You've had one, yes. What about *second* comet?"
Yes please to the multiplayer stream! I'd love to see the reactions.
“You’re gonna want to know how many comets are on their way.”
My expectations is that this world looks like Strangereal after the Ulysses impact.
Edit: I was not disappointed-it looks like Estovakia. Now I want a Stonehenge building that can snipe comets before they hit as a mod.
I understood some of those references.
"Now, this might not sound like a good idea, and that's because it is not. However, it is an idea, so we're going to do it."
A new favorite phrase I need to try on coworkers.
This is basically how the mind of a manager works.
I was listening to spotify while watching this and at the end "I don't want to set the world on fire" started playing i literally burst into tears from laughing
Spiff prophesied this day many moons ago in the 'Coal = Win' video and I couldn't be happier to finally see it
I would LOVE to see this as a giant multiplayer experience. This was hilarious. Thanks ever so for sharing. :)
Maybe as a collaboration with LGiO and RCE?
That strategy about rushing flood barriers while also having an insane amount of carbon emissions is how I play Civilization with my friends. None of my friends are willing to settle near the coasts now.
I definitely would LOVE to watch this in a multiplayer session!
Spiff: Makes mod with tons of comets, which only hit land
Also Spiff: Makes sure he’s the only one with land
“Why does this keep happening???”
It's really impressive how you can so consistently pump out great videos with tons of editing that are all like 30 minutes long
Perks of having 2 editors!
@@thespiffingbrit oh the joys of exploiting underpaid interns.
@@fishbotsid9771 I think you meant unpaid "interns" 😅
@@TheJunnutin oh no.........
When I watched the trailer, I wanted to play this setup myself. Now, I am not so sure anymore.
The game went "Winning? No, we can't be having that" and immediately wiped out Istanbul.
Please do this multiplayer. that being said I don't know if I could breath from how much laughing I would do
A multiplayer run would be awesome 👍
Everyone trying to cheese their way through the apocalypse!
Whoever taught spiff how to do this, we curse you with Reanu’s kiss
thats not a curse my guy
Bless*
Gay
It is a kiss from God, how could I NOT want that?
People, people, the name clearly says REANU not KEANU. Reanu is his evil twin
Would be absolutely fantastic to see a multiplayer play of this map. Just to see if it ends up being humans vs map nor humans vs humans vs map.
Thanks The Spiffing Brit 🇬🇧🥂 for being Excellent and being absolutely ridiculous with your personal challenges. As a strategy gamer I have and continue too love your content. You are a modern day Sir Chap Mega Master of Entertainment, with plucky and cunning comedy and clever exploits cheers 🥂🍾🇬🇧!
I don't think I've ever seen a domination victory handed out by random luck before.
Ooh, yay. More Civ 6. And this seems like quite a challenge. Looking forward to it.
On the one hand, entertainment! On the other hand, it’s reminding me we’ll be going through the same flooding. You win some, you (really) lose some.
Spiff: Game, I want you to be as disaster filled and impossible as possible!
Game: Hold my beer
Spiff: WTAF GAME!?!?
Yep that's this whole weejio
Civ 6:apocalypse is not an apocalypse
Spiff Brit:fine I'll do it myself
Oh god, a livestream of this would be incredible.
Like that episode of star trek that produced a sentient Moriarti, Spiff used all his exploit powers to create a playthrough that could defeat him
Sid Meier really said "two can play this game" when Spiff jumped back on Civ6.
declaring yourself the victor because you're the last one surviving then immediately getting hit by a meteor = humanity in a nutshell
This needs multiplayer livestream and a drinking game tacked on for every unit lost to a disaster. It would be madness and it’d be the best stream known to man.
The regret not even 5 minutes in is the best part
Seondeok, to governor Liang, every 6 minutes (every time there’s a new disaster) for 6,000 years straight:
“REINFORCED MATERIALS, HUH!?!”
I have never seen and heard Spiff in this much anguish
Strange to see him actually making things harder for himself... I dig it
Best line of this video 'Dumbo's not going to be able to fly away from that one!
Go, multiplayer, GO! Listening to the anguish of multiple streamers at the same time is like tea for the ears!
In this episode, Spiff becomes a Captain Planet villain yet again.
Yes, a multiplayer game of this would be fantastic.
Please play with friends, I’d love to hear all of their reactions to their civs slowly crumbling
Spiffing Brit: If they can program it I can shatter it into a thousand pieces.
You could always try to make an army only playthrough, it is quite the experience, even for a semi-noob like myself
Where ypu play Zulu or something and can only use Corps and Armies or something?
@@nathanfivecoate5848 no,no, you only produce and buy armies, you go more than total war, you are the war
@@nathanfivecoate5848 I think they meant no cities. Not sure, though. After all, there was a no cities vidro already.
finished a long shift at work and come home to a new spiff Civ 6 video? what a good night
See, now that you've mentioned it, this would poetically fit to play with Valefisk, if he does play Civ6. It's exactly like one of his torture games.
Duncan would rage quit if you introduced this to the admiral stream, and Rythian would endlessly ask "how? why? I don't understand."
I’m surprised you didn’t end up throwing at least one nuclear Gandhi into the mix for the full apocalyptic brick crapping experience
I think a live stream of this would be really fun to watch. also thanks for the videos and content. really picks me up when im having a shitty day
This was really fun, please do a second one!
"Dumbo's not going to be able to fly away from that one!" -Spiff 2022
I can imagine you and Valefisk having... Fun together with this mod and unsuspecting test sub- friends!
I'll have my tea at the ready for the moment I can enjoy this glorious video!
Thank you for making perfectly interesting videos, no skip, watched from start to the end
Oh yeah you need a multiplayer of this :D The race to the title of "World Flooder" would be great.
Sounds like something you should get Valefisk in on, he loves those games that make you suffer :P
The amount of time I sat, watching this, and laughing out loud, was top tier. Good shit Spiffing Brit
Haven't watched one of your vids in a while and im like a minute in and you're hilarious 🤣 glad im back
I love this. It's the musical chairs of which nations voted for Giant Meteor first.
A live stream of this mod would be hilariously perfectly balanced
That was epic! I could never play games like this, and I'm SO glad to see someone take on the maddest of challenges!
Now we know it takes the wrath of any and all gods as well as a literal apocalypse to somewhat counter Spiff...
Recently started watching your videos. Big fan from Canada! 🇨🇦
I would love for you to come and break rust
One day
I like how spiff manages to make the most infuriating existence possible funny. He must have learned from the ancient romans
25:50 Holy shit that is an amazing use of Stock Photos! Lol, I never would have dreamt that "Swimming Executive in swimming goggles and business suit" would ever be a photo, but apparently it is!
Waterworld indeed!
OMG, this shit had me rollin'. I expected it to be crazy, but this was over the top AND I LOVED IT! Please do more of these as single player/multiplayer, whatever. The amount of chaos was entertaining.
Would love to see more of this and civ 6 content
I don't watch other people play games but I just can't get enough of the spiff breaking games. Really like the challenges too.
2:42 General Kenobi you are a bold one!
I'd love to see the multi-player, or even a game of the zombie edition.
A multiplayergame of this sounds great.
Thanks Spiff! Needed that laugh today
I've been subscribed for about a week and have been bingeing your videos, primarily Civ V/VI... and this is the first one that I have doubts about qualifying as an exploit... but I'm only ten minutes in at the time of commenting.
This video just came up in my recommendations again and I had to watch it again. I'd love to see that multiplayer version of this... but even just another attempt at the single-player superapocalypse would be entertaining.
The mispronunciation of "Seoul" really killed me 😂
It's not pronounced "Ceeol"...it's pronounced like the English word "Soul" 😉
And the Mahapajit... The Mapahajit... The Majahapit. The Majapahit.
@@Fa771n9 And Xian- "Shee-ahn", not "Zyan".
spiff doing the absolute most is always a good formula for top tier content 🔥
Can we have dislike counter back? 🥺
Why The Owner Only Get 2 Like
i did not expect youtube itself to be here
Damn only 18 likes??? This is CZcams after all
Why isnt this pinned?
I've been in a random, great mood all day. So when you said that if I was feeling jazzy to like the video, I went for it.
Spiff, I am begging you, as a tea drinking yank who would swear off coffee just for you, please make a livestream of this. It would make my whole year!
Ya know, I usually don't like games like these, but you good sir always make them interesting
the masterful context awareness of the editor makes the videos extra Perfectly Balanced (TM)
Please do more of this. Would also appreciate a quick look at the set up for this. Would love to try this with some friends!
You Sir, are a special creature, for I have never seen a being absolutely destroy the balance of so many games and continue to enjoy it, I raise my Yorkshire Gold with two teaspoons of honey to your honour *tips nonexistent hat* P.S. tell your editors I love them
@@Thespiffingbrit_PS5 thanks dipshit for the blazingly obvious scam
Those comets we're all just tender thank you kisses blown to you by Reanu Keeves all the way from Skyrim.
"The Huns with Genghis Khan." I dunno if I'm missing out on a bit or something, but that got my inner history nerd up in arms.
Live stream multiplayer sounds absolutely beautiful
That was wonderfully ridiculous! If there was a way to tune down the absolutely constant, large scale wildfires at the start of the game, it may actually be a legitimate game mode: if people have time they could better rush strategies to survive (PREEMPTIVELY cutting down forests, building sea walls in time, etc.)
15:10: The hardcore accelerationist strategy.
