I remember in middle school when e.1999 dropped and me and my cousins first played it. We were shocked, jaws dropped, amazed by their music. Still one of the top albums ever in any genre.
1999 came out when I was in high school and that shit was otherworldly bro. Nothing before it or since compares with the content.
I was in Kindergarten or 1st grade but my older brother (in middle school) had East 1999 cassette tape. I'll never forget him always playing Castlevania 3, muting the TV, and replace music with that same Bone Thugs album! They meshed so well. ☠️
